lf the owner doesn't pick up their pet within 10 days after scheduled date or hasn't made any other
arrangements in writing for payment and continued boarding, then Normon's becomes the new owner and
may, at its sole discretion, sell, find a new place for the pet etc. without written notice to the last Owner. Fee
of $3- applies per hour with in the 10 days. (Late pick- up fee, page 2)

any consequential losses, any damages whether in contract, tort or otherwise, or any other claims or expenses
that may be connected with the services provided by Norman's, including loss or damage from disease, death,
