Rev. Brad Bradford // Worship Pastor
Our Christmas Musical presentation of “Three Gifts” was absolutely wonderful. I know that the Lord
was honored and that His people were encouraged as we shared. Thank you for all of your hard work and
dedication to make sure that we were fully prepared musically and spiritually to share the Good News of our
Savior’s birth.
We are in full get ready mode for Great Night and will soon be looking at what 2015 holds for us. I am
very excited about our part in Great Night and how the great cooperative spirit of our churches is so evident.
It is a joy to work alongside the other music and worship pastors of our sister churches. They all have such a
sweet and wonderful spirit and it is just a joy to be around them. We have such a wonderful time as we
rehearse together and I am excited about this year’s presentation. Please make sure you look in this
newsletter for the specifics of our Great Night preparations.
A new year holds promise and hope. That promise and hope is found in and through Jesus alone. We
serve the God who created this universe and He is the One who has made a way for abundant and everlasting
life. No matter what tomorrow holds, we know Who holds tomorrow. I pray that you have a most blessed and
wonderful New Year. Rhonda and I are so excited to minister with you and look forward to what God has next
for each of us. Remember, we are called to be salt and light everywhere we go. Let the light and life of Christ
shine through you and allow Him to mold and shape you as a worship leader.
Blessings to you and your family and I praise Him and thank Him for every remembrance of you.
Praise God From Whom All Blessings Flow!

Scott Smith // Choir President
Did you hear about the snail who was beaten up by the two turtles? His friends were looking for
revenge, so they wanted to know: “Did you get a good look at the turtles who did this?”
“No,” the snail answered. “It all happened so fast.”
Welcome to 2015! The holidays have come and gone, speeding by and happening so fast we may
have missed the true celebration of the incarnation of our Savior.
So as we start the busy-ness of the new year, let’s pause to refocus on our role as choristers so
we don’t miss something important. From the handbook: “The choir is a volunteer group of
singers whose ministry is worship leadership through music.
1. They lead others in praise to the glory of God through song.
2. They blend individual talents into the unity and fullness of the total choir effort.
3. They are dedicated and committed to excellence in the worship experience for all church
members.”
This year as your president, I plan to support you in 3 areas:
Continue to improve the choir’s singing ability and quality
Increase communication
Enhance worship experiences
May God bless you abundantly in the New Year.
