Dear Ms. Jensen and Mr. Maxwell
Please accept this claim in the amount of $25,000 as compensation for what I allege is a violation of my right to
due process under color of authority in contravention of Title 42, USC 1983.
I hereby name Mr. Jeff Maxwell, Ms. Bev Jensen and Ms. Gena Finch as being responsible for having
orchestrated a rejection of my claim for damages by the Board of Trustees in a way that was prejudicial.
In support of my claim I call your attention to the self-authenticating record which is accessible via the URL

As additional proof of claim I offer the attached claim rejection letter, combined with the District's agenda
packet apparently either conveying and publicizing a recommendation in advance of closed session to reject my
claim or alerting the public to a fait accompli.
I also allege a violation of the Brown Act and I demand that this violation be cured by your district's repudiation
of the attached claim rejection letter and reconsideration of the original claim which is the subject of my
rejection letter.
In other words, I allege two separate and consecutive violations of my right to due process.
The first being handling of my claim in a manner that was prejudicial to the disposition of said claim
The second being a rejection of my claim that was effectuated in a way that clearly violates the Brown Act and
in retaliation for my complaint of financial malfeasance.
Please acknowledge receipt of this claim within 15 days.
