The Tool Box System is a modular system for
controlled tool management. It provides tidy
and safe tool storage, optimizes storage volumes, reduces storage costs, re-orders automatically and is available around the clock. The fully
integrated scanner solutions are paperless data

The assembly technology competence centre clearly shows how
much the requirements for tool professionals have changed: technical
tool knowledge has become a core
competence. Customers are thinking increasingly in terms of complete processes and this is opening
up a new tasks for full-range suppliers such as Brütsch/Rüegger Tools:
tool labelling, filling of assembly
sets to order, fitting, servicing and
upgrading complete tool sets in assembly vehicles, special foam inserts

The concept and how it works
Our customers describe to us all the tasks which
their installation engineers carry out. This information is then used to create a specific tool requirement profile. Brütsch/Rüegger Tools assembles a complete set of tools. These are
ergonomically correct and technically matched
to the task, of defined quality and in the prescribed sizes and weights. It must also be possible to add to the set if it is found in practice that
new tools are needed. The overall function is important, so that the installation engineer can
work at maximum efficiency. The tools or brand
names that are used to do this are of secondary
importance. The concept is “great things in small
packages”.
