Important information
The time slot for an oral presentation is 20 minutes. The talk should last 15 minutes,
leaving a further 5 minutes for questions and a short discussion.
Poster sections will be held in the hallways on the ground level and the 1st floor of
Faculty of Arts. Please, attach your poster in the morning of the day of the section
to the panel with the number that was assigned to you, and detach it in the evening.
Posters should be attached by sellotape which will be provided by the organizers in
the hallways.
Gala dinner will take place in the ballroom of the Hotel Lev (on the ground level)
at 7 p.m. on Friday, October 3rd. Please note that only the participants that have
indicated their intention to attend the dinner on the conference web site prior to the
conference, are eligible to obtain the ticket for the dinner. The ticket is necessary
for entry to the ballroom. The ticket price of 50 EUR should be paid at the time of
registration. There will be an option to go to Hotel Lev with a group led by one of
the organizers, leaving at 18:40 from Faculty of Arts.
Conference administration: If you have any requirements or wishes, do not hesitate
to contact us. Organizers will wear T-shirts with ORGANIZER written on the back
side.
