The fabric stands out by having a three-layered side-stitching that replaces the
zipper and prevents it from getting out of the profiles by wind action.

The advantage of this triple stitched to the zipper is that no special machinery
is required for the assembly, and we can obtain the same results.

The guide has three profiles: an aluminum fixed profile that is anchored to the
structure, an aluminum mobile profile that is used as cover and a PVC profile
that is placed between the other two ones (the PVC profile mission is to prevent
the fabric getting out of the guides).
•
The tube is easy to take out thanks to the supports that are fixed to the end
caps, thus, allowing to extract it without having to disassemble the box. This
fact makes easier the system maintenance whenever having to change any item
inside.

La coulisse est formée par trois profils: un profil fixe d’aluminium qui est ancré
à la structure, un profil mobile en aluminium qui fait la fonction de registre et
un profil en PVC qui est situé au milieu des deux précédents (la fonction du
profil en PVC est d’empêcher que la toile sorte des guides).

L’axe se caractérise par son facile démontage, grâce à des supports qui sont
ancrés aux consoles qui permettent de l´enlever sans démonter le caisson,
ce qui facilite la maintenance du système surtout lorsqu´il faut remplacer un
composant interne.
