OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.
Confirmations
If we have to close our Restaurant to the general public for weddings, we require a minimum number of 50/60 adults
for your Wedding Breakfast meal and in excess of 120 for your Evening Buffet. Should the numbers be less, we may
have to charge for the short fall. Weekdays and Sunday evenings are negotiable. Smaller weddings are hosted in our
“Lounge Suite”, there is no minimum number of guests required however we recommend a maximum of 70 guests.
When a provisional booking is received it will be held for 14 days until written confirmation is received to confirm the
booking and a deposit is paid. All deposits are non-returnable. At that time we ask for an estimated number of guests
and a guaranteed minimum, final numbers must be agreed 2 weeks prior to your event and these will be the numbers
charged for.
2.
Payments
The outstanding balance of the account is payable by the customer two weeks before the event unless alternative
arrangements have been agreed with the Company. The customer is responsible for checking and settlement of all
accounts. Payment by credit cards may incur a 3% surcharge.
(PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AFTER THIS DATE.)
3.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be made in writing and sent by recorded delivery, by email or fax with the receipt of posting
or faxing retained as proof of sending.
All deposits are non refundable, cancellation fees are as follows:3 months - 28 days prior to the event
27 - 14 days prior to the event
13 - 8 days prior to the event
7 days or less prior to the event
30% of total booking value to be paid
50% of total booking value to be paid
80% of total booking value to be paid
100% of total booking value to be paid
In the event that a customer cancels a booking that the Company has made on its behalf, for example..for
entertainment, car hire, equipment or otherwise, all cancellation charges shall be met by the customer.
4.
Damage
The customer assumes responsibility for any and all damage caused by him/her or any of his/her guests or other
persons attending the event.
5.
Food & Drink
No wines, spirits or food may be brought into The Junction by clients or guests for consumption on the premises
without prior arrangement. All beverages must be purchased from The Junction.
6.
Timing of your Event
Events are required to start & finish at the time agreed when the booking is confirmed.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR GUESTS HAVE TAXI'S BOOKED FOR WHEN YOUR EVENT FINISHES
7.
Personal Property
The Company can accept no responsibility for the property of customers or guests at The Junction. Facilities and
parking are provided for the convenience of customers and guests but any goods deposited in these areas are
deposited at owner's risk and without obligation on the part of the Company.
8.
Display Items
Affixing signs, displays and posters to walls may only be carried out within the authorisation of The Junction.
9.
Publicity
Our Company name, logo and telephone number cannot be used in any advertising or publicity, without the consent
of The Junction.

wedding day should be magical; therefore our friendly and efficient team will ensure that your day is a stress free, flawless and
memorable occasion. We ensure to do everything we can to make your day everything you ever wished for… your dream
wedding tailored to your personal budget. We pride ourselves on offering astonishingly affordable wedding packages to couples
for whom quality of service, atmosphere, food, wine and decor are key considerations.
Our central location (with car parking facilities) and contemporary yet comfortable surroundings are significant advantages when
choosing your wedding setting. You’ll have a dedicated organiser assigned to you and from the word go, they will always be on
hand or at the end of the phone to help you with any ideas, requests, special touches and to ensure your wedding organisation is
a flawless and enjoyable experience..
Your wedding co-ordinator can advise you on any aspect of wedding organisation, from menu choices to wine suggestions,

So What Is Your First Dance?
Q: Do you charge for your wedding planner’s time?
A: No, of course not, it’s our job to make your wedding special,
memorable, enjoyable and hassle free.
Q: Do you have a projector screen to show photographs and/or videos
A: We do not have a projector screen, but any pictures can be
supplied to us in JPG format to be shown on our plasma screens.
Q: Do you supply table linen and napkins?
A: We can arrange a beautiful selection of table linen and chair covers
for you
Q: Could you include coffee and tea in your package?
A: Of course, Tea and Coffee can be arranged.
Q: Do you allow outside catering for buffets?
A: No, we offer a superb range of fresh buffets to cater for most
palates and budgets.
Q: What time does the Bar close?
A: We are licensed to serve alcohol until Midnight, Bar Extensions can
be applied for in advance with our local Council, and a minimal fee
for the extension if applicable will become payable by you.
Q: Do you allow corkage?
A: Yes we do, the cost is £7 per bottle. However, our Wines and
Champagnes are very competitively priced.
Q: Do you have more than one wedding on the same day?
A: No, we want your wedding to be special, we’d never split our focus
or service on the same day.
Q: Do you have a cake knife we can use?
A: Yes of course.
Q: Do you have a cake stand we can use?
A: No, feel free to bring your own; we can arrange one for you though.
Q: Do you supply high chairs?
A: Yes, we can supply high chairs for toddlers, please advise us with
your number you require.

Q: How long does a typical wedding breakfast last?
A: We allow between two and two and a half hours but please speak
to one of our wedding planners to confirm times prior to sending out
your invitations
Q: If we wish to give our guests a choice of starters, main and
desserts how does this work?
A: Please see our sample menus for options; we can tailor your
menus to suit you and your guests.
Q: One of my guests uses a wheelchair do you have disabled access?
A: Yes our facilities offer full disabled access and disabled toilet
Q: Do you have a resident DJ you can book for us and how much does
it cost?
A: Yes, we have versatile and professional DJ’s suitable for all tastes
in music.
Q: Is your venue child/baby friendly?
A: Yes, of course children are welcome to celebrate with you at your
Wedding Breakfast or Evening Reception. We also have baby
changing facilities and a bottle warmer
Q: Can you organise other entertainment?
A: Yes we have a number of contacts for superb entertainment,
including Groups, Magicians, Acoustic Guitarists and Tribute Acts.
Q: Will there be an extra charge for room hire?
A: Not at all times, but please discuss options and costings with our
wedding planner
Q: Can we book our own entertainment?
A: Yes, please remember though, all equipment must be PAT tested
Q: Can I sample your food before my big day?
A: Of course we would be more than happy to arrange a discount in
our restaurant for you and your family.
Q: Is there a stage where bands can perform?
A: We have an area where bands/artists can perform although it is not
elevated.
Q: Do you allow candles in your venue?
A: Yes, as long as they are protected and not placed near flammable
materials.

Q: What are the minimum numbers required for a wedding breakfast?
A: We are happy to discuss this with you, please speak to one of our
wedding planners.
Q; Do you have a car park?
A: Yes, we have approximately 50 parking spaces, including a special
area for the Bride & Grooms arrival.
Q: Is there an option to play any of our own music?
A: Yes this can be arranged with our wedding planner, please supply
us with music on MP3 format.

Q: Do you have somewhere where the Bride can change?
A: We can arrange a private space for the Bride to change, please
discuss with our wedding planner.
Q: Is crockery, cutlery and glass included in the wedding package?
A: Yes
Q: Do you supply table number stands?
A: Yes
Q: Can you supply balloons?
A: Yes, simply choose your colours and we’ll show you what we can
do for a great price.
Q: Can you recommend a photographer?
A: Yes, we know some brilliant, professional and friendly
photographers. Samples and numbers can be arranged.
Q: Where can I go for my hen night?
A: We can arrange a meal in our restaurant, or at The Lion at
Farnsfield, or make a full night of it and enjoy a meal at andwhynot
then party on afterwards at The Late Lounge until 3am. On most
occasions, we can arrange for your party to have priority and
complimentary admission.

Breakfast (the traditional name for a sit down meal), at Lunch time or Mid to Late

The timing of your reception is really up to you, we can serve up your Wedding
Breakfast (the traditional name for a sit down meal), at Lunch time or Mid to Late
Afternoon, both of which can be followed by your Evening Reception.

Buffet Menus for you both to choose from. We are proud to offer your guests a two
Course or three Course meal and/or a delicious Buffet at an astonishingly affordable

Q: Do you charge for your wedding planner’s time?
A: No, of course not, it’s our job to make your wedding special,
memorable, enjoyable and hassle free.
Q: Do you have a projector screen to show photographs and/or videos
A: We do not have a projector screen, but any pictures can be
supplied to us in JPG format to be shown on our plasma screens.
Q: Do you supply table linen and napkins?
A: We can arrange a beautiful selection of table linen and chair covers
for you
Q: Could you include coffee and tea in your package?
A: Of course, Tea and Coffee can be arranged.
Q: Do you allow outside catering for buffets?
A: No, we offer a superb range of fresh buffets to cater for most
palates and budgets.
Q: What time does the Bar close?
A: We are licensed to serve alcohol until Midnight, Bar Extensions can
be applied for in advance with our local Council, and a minimal fee
for the extension if applicable will become payable by you.
Q: Do you allow corkage?
A: Yes we do, the cost is £7 per bottle. However, our Wines and
Champagnes are very competitively priced.
Q: Do you have more than one wedding on the same day?
A: No, we want your wedding to be special, we’d never split our focus
or service on the same day.
Q: Do you have a cake knife we can use?
A: Yes of course.
Q: Do you have a cake stand we can use?
A: No, feel free to bring your own; we can arrange one for you though.
Q: Do you supply high chairs?
A: Yes, we can supply high chairs for toddlers, please advise us with

Q: How long does a typical wedding breakfast last?
A: We allow between two and two and a half hours but please speak
to one of our wedding planners to confirm times prior to sending out

desserts how does this work?
A: Please see our sample menus for options; we can tailor your
menus to suit you and your guests.
Q: One of my guests uses a wheelchair do you have disabled access?
A: Yes our facilities offer full disabled access and disabled toilet
Q: Do you have a resident DJ you can book for us and how much does
it cost?
A: Yes, we have versatile and professional DJ’s suitable for all tastes
in music.
Q: Is your venue child/baby friendly?
A: Yes, of course children are welcome to celebrate with you at your
Wedding Breakfast or Evening Reception. We also have baby
changing facilities and a bottle warmer
Q: Can you organise other entertainment?
A: Yes we have a number of contacts for superb entertainment,
including Groups, Magicians, Acoustic Guitarists and Tribute Acts.
Q: Will there be an extra charge for room hire?
A: Not at all times, but please discuss options and costings with our
wedding planner
Q: Can we book our own entertainment?
A: Yes, please remember though, all equipment must be PAT tested
Q: Can I sample your food before my big day?
A: Of course we would be more than happy to arrange a discount in
our restaurant for you and your family.
Q: Is there a stage where bands can perform?
A: We have an area where bands/artists can perform although it is not
elevated.
Q: Do you allow candles in your venue?
A: Yes, as long as they are protected and not placed near flammable
materials.

Q: What are the minimum numbers required for a wedding breakfast?
A: We are happy to discuss this with you, please speak to one of our
wedding planners.
Q; Do you have a car park?
A: Yes, we have approximately 50 parking spaces, including a special
area for the Bride & Grooms arrival.
Q: Is there an option to play any of our own music?
A: Yes this can be arranged with our wedding planner, please supply
us with music on MP3 format.
We are happy to accommodate smaller or larger wedding

pparties, whether you’re looking for an intimate afternoon
ddining or evening party experience in our ‘Lounge Suite’ or a
llarger Wedding Breakfast, Evening Reception and Disco in our
nnewly refurbished Restaurant. Both of our settings are ideally
eequipped to cater for buffets or traditional seated functions!
Q: Do you have somewhere where the Bride can change?
A: We can arrange a private space for the Bride to change, please
discuss with our wedding planner.
Q: Is crockery, cutlery and glass included in the wedding package?
A: Yes
Q: Do you supply table number stands?
A: Yes
Q: Can you supply balloons?
A: Yes, simply choose your colours and we’ll show you what we can
do for a great price.
Q: Can you recommend a photographer?
A: Yes, we know some brilliant, professional and friendly
photographers. Samples and numbers can be arranged.
Q: Where can I go for my hen night?
A: We can arrange a meal in our restaurant, or at The Lion at
Farnsfield, or make a full night of it and enjoy a meal at andwhynot
then party on afterwards at The Late Lounge until 3am. On most
occasions, we can arrange for your party to have priority and
complimentary admission.
OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.
Confirmations
If we have to close our Restaurant to the general public for weddings, we require a minimum number of 50/60 adults
for your Wedding Breakfast meal and in excess of 120 for your Evening Buffet. Should the numbers be less, we may
have to charge for the short fall. Weekdays and Sunday evenings are negotiable. Smaller weddings are hosted in our
“Lounge Suite”, there is no minimum number of guests required however we recommend a maximum of 70 guests.
When a provisional booking is received it will be held for 14 days until written confirmation is received to confirm the
booking and a deposit is paid. All deposits are non-returnable. At that time we ask for an estimated number of guests
and a guaranteed minimum, final numbers must be agreed 2 weeks prior to your event and these will be the numbers
charged for.
2.
Payments
The outstanding balance of the account is payable by the customer two weeks before the event unless alternative
arrangements have been agreed with the Company. The customer is responsible for checking and settlement of all
accounts. Payment by credit cards may incur a 3% surcharge.
(PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AFTER THIS DATE.)
3.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be made in writing and sent by recorded delivery, by email or fax with the receipt of posting
or faxing retained as proof of sending.
All deposits are non refundable, cancellation fees are as follows:3 months - 28 days prior to the event
27 - 14 days prior to the event
13 - 8 days prior to the event
7 days or less prior to the event
30% of total booking value to be paid
50% of total booking value to be paid
80% of total booking value to be paid
100% of total booking value to be paid
In the event that a customer cancels a booking that the Company has made on its behalf, for example..for
entertainment, car hire, equipment or otherwise, all cancellation charges shall be met by the customer.
4.
Damage
The customer assumes responsibility for any and all damage caused by him/her or any of his/her guests or other
persons attending the event.
5.
Food & Drink
No wines, spirits or food may be brought into The Junction by clients or guests for consumption on the premises
without prior arrangement. All beverages must be purchased from The Junction.
6.
Timing of your Event
Events are required to start & finish at the time agreed when the booking is confirmed.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR GUESTS HAVE TAXI'S BOOKED FOR WHEN YOUR EVENT FINISHES
7.
Personal Property
The Company can accept no responsibility for the property of customers or guests at The Junction. Facilities and
parking are provided for the convenience of customers and guests but any goods deposited in these areas are
deposited at owner's risk and without obligation on the part of the Company.
8.
Display Items
Affixing signs, displays and posters to walls may only be carried out within the authorisation of The Junction.
9.
Publicity
Our Company name, logo and telephone number cannot be used in any advertising or publicity, without the consent
of The Junction.
