Column Descriptions
MODEL NUMBER:Describes the product by providing alpha-numeric indication of product family and key parameters. For
example the AM-60-860 is an Agile Modulator with +60 dBmV, 54-860 MHz output.
STOCK NUMBER:
Numeric assignment for each product.
NOTE:
Ordering notes as defined below.
DESCRIPTION:
General description of product, key specifications, options and notes pertaining to the product.
M-P QTY:The Multi-Pack quantity that applies to a product. If the M-P Qty is “10” for a product, it may only be
purchased in increments of 10 pieces per Multi-Pack.
WEIGHT:
The approximate weight of the product in pounds (lbs.).
MSP:
The Manufacturer’s Suggested Price of the product.
FFP:The “Franchise for Profit” Program Price of the product (described in the Blonder Tongue Policies).

Please include both model and stock number when ordering. Standard options are work order items, lead times are quoted on an
order by order basis. Blonder Tongue strives to keep stocking options readily available. Please pay special attention to the notes and
the information in the description column when ordering.

Prices listed do not include taxes of any kind. The gross amount of any sales, property, excise, use, value-added, or other similar taxes
applicable to the price, sale or delivery of any goods or services furnished hereunder or to their use by BT or Buyer will, at BT’s option,
either be added to the price as shown on the face hereof or be paid directly by Buyer, unless prior to shipment, Buyer provides BT
with a tax exemption certificate acceptable to the applicable taxing authorities.

Electronic Customer Notification
Blonder Tongue uses electronic mail (i.e. E-mail) as the primary communication method with our customers. This may include
notifications of new Price Lists, Broadband Reference Guides, Catalogs, new product announcements or existing product updates
etc. In addition, we provide acknowledgement of your purchase orders, invoices and RMA (return material authorizations) and

Technical Solutions Group (TSG) is Blonder Tongue’s technical support team consisting of experts in system design and
engineering services. Our technical staff possesses knowledge of products and services to create and implement quality system

Our goal is to offer the highest possible
Product Quality. Our customers rely on
us to be a "one-stop-shop" featuring a
diverse product offering for Digital Video,
Data and Technical Solutions. A diverse
product offering is just the beginning of our
commitment to Product Quality. All product
specifications, designs and mechanical
drawings are created and evaluated by
our experienced engineers before they
are released for the Quality Control &
Manufacturing process.
We provide an extensive warranty with
every product sold. Most warranties cover
the product for a full 3 years from the
original date of purchase (see the BT Limited
Warranty).
MASTERBUILT
The cable television headend is essentially
the heart of the CATV system. Blonder
Tongue provides headend fabrication;
completely racked and assembled using
our unique MASTERBUILT methodology.
Everything required to completely
build a system or headend, including
documentation and design diagrams, are
meticulously assembled and packaged
using special packing methods,
and
shipped to the installation destination.
The MASTERBUILT team has taken several
unique and extraordinary steps to ensure
that your headend arrives intact and
functional. MASTERBUILT headends are
optimized for long term operation and easy
support.
The Blonder Tongue Technical Solutions
team of expert engineers develop detailed
wiring diagram and rack elevation for
each unique MASTERBUILT headend
requirement.
In addition to expert application and
design support other services such as
headend site survey, additional on-site
engineering, complete field test of the
installed system, and custom products can
be provided for a fee consistent with the
complexity of the system.

the hour or per outlet based on the complexity
of the design. Revisions and updates to the
original design are subject to additional
charges.
On-site field technicians and engineers are
available for a fee. TSG supports headend
implementations, site surveys, installations,
on-site system engineering, turn-key system
construction, test and measurement, or
system design diagnostics. Blonder Tongue
can also provide 24-hour support and on-site
system engineering or troubleshooting of field
problems on a scheduled basis.

Technical Training Seminars
Technical Training seminars are conducted
by the TSG systems engineers and include
a full set of course materials, which include
Broadband Reference Guide, Product Catalog,
and Certificate of Completion. Our seminars
qualify for BICSI Continuing Education Credits,
ICIA Renewal Units, and/or NSCA Learning
Unit (LU) credit where specified. Go to

Sales Terms
Claims For Shortage
A customer giving the common carrier a
signed receipt in full can only make a claim
to Blonder Tongue for hidden shortages.
Damaged carton or missing carton claims
must be filed with the carrier. Hidden shortage claims must be filed with BT in writing
within 5 days.

freight FOB destination on a pro-rated
basis. Customers may incur charges if
item returned for credit as defective is
deemed by BT Service and Quality Control
Technicians not to be defective. Fees will
vary based on product.
Product is shipped FOB, Old Bridge, NJ
USA unless otherwise specified. Drop ship
charge of 5% of total order value will be
applied if shipping to an alternate address.
Credit Return Policy
Future Dated Orders (Must be Marked)
Orders: Net30. Minimum order value
requirement is $250 per order. To better
serve lower volume customers, orders for
less than $250 may be referred to a Blonder
Tongue Premier Stocking Distributor. New
accounts are opened with a minimum order
requirement of $3,000.
All prices and policies are subject to change
without notice. Order acknowledgments
are e-mailed when one or more of the
ordered items are out of stock or when
orders are marked “for future delivery”.

Service Orders: Net 10 days.
Billing
Invoices are dated effective upon the shipping date from the factory or authorized
warehouse. A 1.5% late charge will be
applied to all invoices over 30 days past due.
Freight Policy
Shipments are subject to freight and handling charges, which may vary with method
of shipment & weight. Freight and handling
will be waived if the customer provides its
own carrier account information. In this
case, all shipments to Customer are FOB
Destination.
Product Shipments
All shipments from Blonder Tongue are
FOB, Old Bridge, NJ USA unless otherwise
specified. BT will add insurance to all
shipments unless instructed by the customer
not to insure shipments.
In & Out-of-Warranty Repairs
See the Blonder Tongue Limited Warranty.
Cancellation Of Orders
A charge may be made for work and costs
already incurred by the factory in acting
on the original order. A cancellation cannot
be accepted after the order has shipped
however the products may be accepted for
credit return in accordance with the Blonder
Tongue Credit Return Policy. Freight charges
will not be credited.
A Return Material Authorization (RMA)
number must be obtained before any
product is returned to the factory. Product
received at the factory without an RMA
number will be refused. Unauthorized
returns will be sent back via freight
collect. To obtain an RMA number, refer
to the Blonder Tongue Return Material
Authorization Policy. RMA documentation
should accompany the return shipment
and the RMA number must clearly be
marked on the outside of the cartons.
If the return is authorized, it must be sent
prepaid freight. A 12% restocking charge
will be made, and an accompanying dollar
(new purchase) for dollar (credit return)
order for similar products must be sent. The
following conditions apply:
a) P
roducts were purchased within one year
from credit return date.
b) Products are unused, undamaged and will
not require factory repacking.
c) P
roducts are current production items.
d) Antennas (off-air, satellite, and microwave)
cannot be returned.
Analog Return Policy
Please note that product returns (RMA’s)
will not be accepted by Blonder Tongue for
analog products due to digital transition
implications. These items are noted
"INTENDED FOR USE WITH ANALOG
MODULATED RF SIGNAL INPUT" in the
product listing of this price list. Please
confirm that the correct product is being
used for the particular application before
placing an order.

Special Charges
Any product requiring repacking is subject
to an additional 10% charge against the
credit return. Custom products are subject
to charges for crystals and retuning, in
addition to restocking charges determined
Blonder Tongue will accept orders for future
delivery, as specified, for up to 6 months for
the purpose of scheduling of all items on the
order. Price protection is not guaranteed.
Special Product Quotations
Prices shown represent standard isolations
or channels listed. There may be a surcharge
for modified or custom designed products.
Classification of standard and special products can be changed. Blonder Tongue invites
price quotation and availability requests for
custom designed products and modifications

FFP Program
Franchise for Profit (FFP) is a program that
provides discounts on purchases of Blonder
Tongue products based upon minimum
purchasing requirements of eligible products
in the FFP year (January 1 to December 31).
The discount is irrespective of the product
quantity purchased at a single time. Contact
your Blonder Tongue Sales Representative for
details about FFP purchasing qualifications.
Leasing
If you would like to be more profitable,
have more purchasing flexibility and cash
flow predictability with no worries about
coping with equipment obsolescence or
disposal, a leasing solution from Blonder
Tongue is the smart move. Our leasing
solutions are flexible. Upgrades, add-ons,

STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE EXTENDED WARRANTY
A.
THE EXTENDED WARRANTY AGREEMENT (EWA)
If during the period following the expiration of the Blonder Tongue Manufacturers’ Standard Warranty ( Copy Included) the products which constitute the subject
matter of the extended warranty, manifest any manufacturing or similar such defects then Blonder Tongue shall at its option repair or replace the product. It is
emphasized that the extended warranty is in effect an extension of the Blonder Tongue Warranty and covers the items stipulated in Paragraph B to the exclusion of
the terms in Paragraph C of this agreement. Eligibility to purchase EW is limited to 90 days following initial shipment.
The product/products included in this extended warranty agreement are listed in the invoice that accompanies the EWA. Term of the extension will be ______
year(s). Purchase Order is required for extended warranty coverage.
B.
WHAT IS COVERED?
1.
If a product has been determined to have failed, which falls within the Terms & Conditions of this EWA, Blonder Tongue Inc. may at its sole discretion
repair, modify or replace its component parts that are defective at 100% coverage for parts and labor.
2.
A loaner unit may be available on request; PO required.
3.
Product is manufactured by Blonder Tongue.
4.
A single product is valued at a price > $500 FFP.
5.
Extended warranty period is up to and not to exceed 24 months and sold in increments of 12 months. Order # 9981 for 1 year and #9982 for 2 year
extensions.
6.
Return of repair or replaced product shipping costs for ground shipments.
7.
Firmware upgrades at no charge with automatic notification.
C.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
1.
The warranty does not cover any defects caused by foreign objects /connection errors .
2.
Use other than by the customer at the declared address appearing in this document.
3.
Failure by the end user to comply with the manufacturers’ instructions for installation, maintenance or use.
4.
The use of accessories which have not been approved by Blonder Tongue.
5.
The application and/or use of any incorrect or abnormal electrical supply to the product.
6.
Any defect in wiring or electrical connections which does not form part of the product at the time of the original purchase.
7.
Neglect, misuse, or willful abuse of the product.
8.
Any repairs or attempted repairs of the product by any person other than Blonder Tongue Service Department.
9.
Any modification of the product by any person other than Blonder Tongue Service Department.
10. Fire, flood, war, civil disturbance, industrial action, acts of God or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Blonder Tongue.
11. Any defect caused by lightning strike or power surges.
12. Shipping costs to return products to Blonder Tongue for warranty service.
13. Blonder Tongue will not in any circumstances be liable for any consequential loss or damages suffered by the customer whether directly or indirectly
related defect in the product to the extent permissible by law.
14. Repairs may not be effected without prior authorization from Blonder Tongue Laboratories.
D.
GENERAL
1.
The customer shall notify Blonder Tongue Laboratories in writing within ten days of any change of his or her address.
2.
Customer must provide original purchase receipt and serial number to initiate extended warranty coverage.
3.
The fee paid for the warranty is not refundable under any circumstances unless cancelled within seven days of purchase.
4.
The customer shall take all reasonable precautions to maintain the product is maintained in good working order.
5.
The warranty contract ceases to exist if the product is replaced or a credit is given to the customer. Any monies paid for the warranty contract are forfeited
and not refundable. This is only applicable when the product is out of the manufacturer’s warranty.
6.
The extended warranty period as stated on the Extended Warranty Agreement shall be the governing period notwithstanding any additional supplier
warranty on specific components.
7.
The warranty shall in no way effect the terms and conditions of the sale agreement in terms of which the customer bought the product.
8.
The extended warranty is limited to the terms and conditions herein contained

No agreement, varying, adding to, amended, deleting, or cancelling this warranty shall be effective unless given in writing (email is acceptable) and signed
by or on behalf of both parties.
10. The cost of the extended warranty for each additional year beyond Blonder Tongue’s standard warranty is 8% of the purchase price. e.g. A product price
of $1000 will be $80 for the 1st year (12 mos)(Stk# 9981 XXXX and an additional $80 for 2 year (24 mos)(Stk# 9982 XXXX) extension for a total of $160.
