The undersigned agrees to pay the above amount, NO REFUND after February 1, 2017.
You are confirming to follow the rules set forth by this event.
In the event of cancellation due to forces of nature, a partial refund will be determined by the
management after consideration of initial costs incurred.
Any and all giveaways must be approved by the management.
Exhibitors may ONLY load and unload through the Zamboni entrance located at the “southwest
rear corner of the building”.
Event coordinators reserve the right to remove any exhibitor from the event who is not engaging
in ethical behavior or is behaving in any inappropriate manner.
Exhibitor information and material may be distributed only in your paid space area.
This is a drug free zone and no exhibitors can attend the show intoxicated or under the influence
of any drug.
You will be asked to leave the event if you do not follow the rules and regulations of the event.
No sharing of booth space.
EXHIBIT SETUP:
 Thursday: 8am to 5pm and Friday: 8am to 2pm.
 Saturday (& Sunday) you will have access to the building one hour prior to the start of the event.
 No tents will be allowed inside the Sportsplex. You may use your own tent if you have an
outside booth.
EXHIBIT BREAKDOWN:
 Exhibit booths may NOT be taken down until the event ends. Breakdown must be completed
within three hours after the end of the event unless otherwise approved.
 Early breakdown of booths without prior permission will result in expulsion from future
shows. THIS WILL BE ENFORCED.
Food Vendor permits are required if you will be selling/serving food products. Please contact the
Otsego County Sportsplex for information on obtaining a permit.
LIABILITY: The Otsego County Sportsplex or any supporting organizations, volunteers, agencies,
and/or sponsors will not be held liable for injury to person and/or property from any cause; and
be held harmless against any claim arising out of such injury.
INSURANCE: It is required by the leaser that the exhibitor protect himself from any property
loss of any kind including: theft, fire, water and/or physical damage. The leaser assumes no responsibility of any property and/or injury to the exhibitor. Please contact your insurance provider
for more information for your protection.
