THE COMPANY
Chao Global Limited was founded in Hong Kong on 12 September 2007.
Chao is headed by hospitality professionals Paul Stoll, Ralf Ohletz Count
von Plettenberg and Henry Stoll, who drive the company’s development,
supported by world renowned design partners and a dedicated
management team.
The team works on behalf of investors to place successful investments.
Vingroup started with 500 rooms in 2,000 and based on success has
put into operation 5,000 Hotel rooms today and plans for 10,000 rooms
in 2020. Only recently Chao Global’s Managing Director worked with
McKenzie to restructure the company to cope with the expansion plans.
Based on many years working experience, the company has a strong
network of resources, able to provide a complete service package.
Chao Global professionals successfully work on macro-destination
assignments, resulting in awards and the trust of governments.This
allows to take care for Head of States, among them Jiang Zemin
President of the People’s Republic of China (from 1993 to 2003).

PAUL STOLL
Paul is responsible for overseeing the CHAO Global
(CG) operation and development functions. In addition,

he will manage the coordination and execution of CG
initiatives.
German born, Paul holds over 35 years in pre- and
post construction tourism real estate development and
management in emerging and developed countries.
During this time he has weathered the ups and downs
of global economy and the related challenges.
Paul has supported Vietnam’s economic development
since 1988 and is one of the first foreign professionals
awarded national honours by Vietnam’s government
along with numerous ‘Certificates of Merit’ for
“Outstanding Contributions to the Economic
Development” (Google: paul stoll Vietnam).
Before joining CHAO Global, Paul worked for Oberoi
International, a tourism real estate development and
management company in Middle East, and India.
