LEILA MARIA is the twin keel version of the Hunter Horizon 27. A compact family cruiser, equally at home exploring
harbours and rivers as she is going further a field. She has a fractional rig, a self-tacking jib for easy handling and
accommodation for up to six in two cabins. The twin keel Hunters were renowned for their good upwind performance
where other bilge keel yachts seem to suffer. They are also easily sailed single or short handed with all control lines
leading aft to the cockpit.
LEILA MARIA has been used extensively by the current owner including numerous trips to France and also from
Poole to Falmouth and

Accommodation
Below she has 5/6 berths in two cabins, storage under berths. On entering the cabin via the
companion way, to port you find the heads with wash basin. Forward of the heads is the chart table
with integrated chart storage and bulkhead mounted VHF. To starboard of the companion way is the
galley with a Neptune cooker, grill and two burner hob, an insulated cool box, stainless steel sink and
ample storage. Aft of the galley is a double berth in a separate cabin. Forward of the galley is a large
saloon with settee berths and a folding table. Further forward is the fore-peak double berth, again with
storage below.
