“Special pieces with precious metals: gold, silver, platinum”
These decorated tiles have been made using sophisticated ceramic production techniques that enable us to obtain an elegant high quality finishing. We use rich
value metals. Therefore, they require special attention when installing. We strongly suggest to use only a sponge and abundant water, avoiding acids, strong
and abrasive claeaning agents, especially during the cleaning of grout after fixing and also for daily cleaning.
We will no accept any claim or refund of this product after its installation.

Debido a las características de los metales preciosos utilizados para la confección en estas decoraciones, aconsejamos para su conservación que: una vez
colocados, retiren los restos del material de colocación (cementos, etc) con una esponja y abundante agua, sin frotar sobre las piezas con ningún material
abrasivo. En posteriores limpiezas, no utilizar nunca detergentes en polvo, soluciones ácidas o alcalinas ni estropajos abrasivos. Es suficiente una esponja,
abundante agua y/o jabón líquido neutro.
No se aceptarán reclamaciones por el no seguimiento de estas advertencias una vez colocado el material.

Ces produits ont été fabriqués selon un traitement sophistiqué pour obtenir son apparence élegante et rafinée. Lors de la posé et lors du nettoyage de nos
produits il faut faire beaucoup d´attention parce que nous avons utilisé des produits délicats comme l´or, l´argent et platine pendant la fabrication. Nous
recommandons d´utiliser jamais des produits abrasives ou des produits qui ont de l´acide.
Une fois le matériel a été posé, nous n´accepterons aucune réclamation ni remboursement.

zu beschaedigen, ist bei der Verlegung besondere Sorgfalt erfoderlich. Waehrend der Verfugung, bei der Endreiningung und beim normalen Putzen der
Oberflaechen sollen Sie keine saeure oder scheuernden Substanzen benutzen.
Es werden keine Reklamationen entgegennommen, wenn das Material bereits verlegt ist.

Принимая во внимание характеристики металлов, используемых для изготовления этих декоративных элементов, производитель советует после
укладки бордюров удалить с их поверхности все отстатки клеющего вещества (цемент и т.Д.) С помощью мягкой губки , смоченной в воде, избегая при
этом употребления абразивных моющих средств.
При последующем уходе за бордюрами с драгоценными металлами не использовать порошкообразные моющие средства, кислотные вещества, а
таже твердые губки, способные исцарапать поверхность плитки. В качестве моющего средства рекомендуется использовать лишь нейтральное жидкое
мыло.
Не принимаются к рассмотрению рекламации, связанные с неправильным уходом, из-за несоблюдения фабричных инструкций.
