The exis ng facade to Elizabeth Street was outdated and uninvi ng to the general public. Unity NSW Pty Ltd was selected following a compe ve
tender process to upgrade the entry doors and facade to Karandonis Shoes, The Paper Place and Mall entry. Works were conducted during and
out of hours to facilitate the tenants and the access requirements to St Mar n’s Tower. The works were completed on me and budget and have
provided a modern and invi ng entrance to St James Arcade and St Mar n’s Tower.

PROJECT: Lindfield Bookstore for SHKM Pty Ltd

An extension to the exis ng bookstore involved the demoli on and removal of large trees to the rear of the premises to facilitate the precast
panel extension to the rear of the building. The exis ng upstairs tenant remained in occupa on throughout the works. A new portal frame was
required to support the en re exis ng rear wall of the premises. Unity completed the works to the highest quality, on me and budget on a
challenging site.

Won through compe ve tender, this altera on and extension to an exis ng aged care hostel was conducted whilst the facility remained fully
opera onal. Utmost care was taken to respect the privacy of, and limit the inconvenience to residents and staff.
The full project, including eight new independent living units, was completed on me and under budget without any compromise to quality.

A second project for Southern Cross Care. UNITY were engaged in the early cost/planning stages to work with SCC and Tully Architects to enable

In order to extend their guests ameni es Sheraton on the Park wished to u lise the Fi h floor roof top. Group GSA were commissioned to design
an outdoor entertaining Terrace which would take in views across Hyde Park. Quality of detail and finishes were paramount to this project,
befi ng the image of a 5 star luxury hotel. We were selected based on our ability to achieve this standard and to meet the project deadline. Not
only was the client, Sheraton on the Park, delighted with the resul ng quality but the project was also completed on me and on budget.

PROJECT: SHERATON OUTDOOR SPACE

In compliance with new regula ons, the Sheraton desired to create a comfortable and a rac ve new outdoor area to cater to smokers through
the conversion of an exis ng unused service area on the first floor frontage. To provide access to the new led terrace and marbled bars, a por on
of the facade glazing was removed and a new curved glass automa c sliding door installed.
Outdoor hea ng and exterior ligh ng were also installed. Timber screens were used to establish a sense of place, break up the area into zones
and create visual interest.
The project was completed to budget and in me before the new smoking legisla on was enforced.

Following the par al demoli on of an exis ng cool room and beer garden, Unity constructed a new cellar, beer garden, gaming room extension,
courtyard and Terrace.
Built on an extremely ght site, it required specialised piering equipment and staging of the works to ensure the con nued
opera on of the hotel. The project was completed to the highest standard and in accordance with the agreed program.

UNITY was commissioned as project manager for the refurbishment of The Kookaburra Hotel and its premier bistro, ‘Richards on the Park’.
As project manager, Unity was responsible for the cri cal staging of works to ensure con nued opera on, patron comfort and safety, budgetary
control, trades procurement and all aspects of running the project day-to-day.
High quality finishes and a en on to detail have transformed what was an ailing pub into an award winning, contemporary hospitality and
entertainment venue for South Western Sydney.

PROJECT: BASS HILL VETERINARY CLINIC for HELMA VAN DEN HEUVAL

A er 3 years of dealing with Council to obtain Development Approval, our client was le with the task of comple ng works on a restricted budget.
Unity NSW Pty Ltd con nued their rela onship from the 18 months prior and provided an alterna ve price based on the revised D.A. Selec on
was made by the client on who they felt most comfortable with and final nego a ons proceeded. Works finally commenced in July 2006 with the
project completed in two stages. The first stage was the demoli on of part of the exis ng clinic and construc on of new works with trading out of
temporary facili es. The second stage was the demoli on of the remaining part of the clinic and new entrance and driveway works. The new clinic
caters to an ever expanding clientele and provides much needed addi onal space in a more func onal environment. The blade walls were made a
feature of the entrance to ‘brighten up the front facade and enhance its appearance’. The works were completed on me and to budget.

Rossmore Veterinarian Hospital required expanded, more spacious and modern premises to service growing demand. Unity
constructed a large two story extension to the end of the exis ng clinic doubling the space within and allowing the client to improve their
opera ons. All works were completed whilst the exis ng hospital remained opera onal. This required staged comple on of
ameni es in the exis ng premises, thus enabling a transi on into the new extension. The project and various addi onal works were completed in
accordance with the original metable.

Located on a restricted sloping site in a narrow suburban street, this residen al project presented Unity with challenging accessibility issues.
Involving the demoli on of an exis ng semi-detached terrace house and the construc on of a contemporary residence, the use of the available
space was maximised and natural sandstone outcrops were cleverly incorporated into the design. The stunning new dwelling features clean lines,
frosted glass and mber details and op mises natural light.
