Yi Indore chapter celebrated Earth Hour 2015 on Saturday, 28 March 2015 at Saket Club Ground

Earth Hour is the world’s biggest celebration for our amazing planet – every year on the last
Saturday of March, millions of people across the globe unite in a spectacular show of support to raise
awareness about climate change.
From signature campaigns to musical evenings, cyclothons to candlelit marches, walkathons, dance
performances, magic shows, flash mobs and recycling drives - Earth Hour is our planet’s time to
shine! It’s a time to host your own Earth Hour campaign – of one, or one hundred people – to pledge
to do your own bit for the planet. Whether it’s a status update, or an acoustic band performance,
everyone can be an Earth Hour Hero.
When the planet goes dark, governments, organizations and people take notice and this has led to
extraordinary outcomes for the environment in countries like Russia, Argentina, Madagascar and our

make more planet-friendly choices. And every hand that flips a switch off, turns on a brighter future!
