Historically, Multi-Tile Ltd traded as Tile Clearing House (“TCH”) within the UK. During
2013, TCH stores within the Multi-Tile brand were either closed or rebranded as
Tiles Clearance Centres that began trading under Topps Tiles (UK) Ltd, hence the
turnover of Multi-Tile reduced significantly during 2013 and is nil in 2014.
We have undertaken a Dun & Bradstreet covenant search and can confirm that
