1. Mix ingredients of phase A until uniform.
2. Increase temperature to 40°C and add ingredient of phase B under
stirring.
3. Remove heat and add ingredient of phase C under stirring.
4. Increase the pH to pH8.0 (not exceeding pH10) by adding phase D.

6. Add ingredient of phase F to decrease pH to 4.8.
7. Add ingredients of phase G one by one under stirring.

Procedure
1. Mix ingredients of phase A except SunSpheres™ Powder at 60°C until uniform.
2. Sprinkle SunSpheres™ Powder into phase A at 75°C and mix well until uniformly dispersed.
3. In a separate vessel, combine water, ACULYN™ 22, ACULYN™ 33A and glycerin. Then neutralize with AMP-Ultra PC2000 to pH6.0 under stirring.
4. Increase temperature of phase B to 75°C.
5. Add phase A into phase B slowly at 75°C and homoginze for 20 minutes.
6. Adjust pH to pH7.5 by adding phase C.
7. Add ingredient of phase D with homogenization and continue until uniform.
8. Add ingredients of phase E in sequence and continue homogenization until uniform.
9. Change to sweep mizing and cool down to <45°C.
10. Add ingredients of phse F and G then mix well until uniform.
11. Add ingredient of phase H drop wise and continue mixing until uniform.
12. Add ingredient of phase I and continue mixing until uniform.

5. Press at 30 bars into suitable packaging.
Asian love the fluffy texture obtained thanks to Covasnow 27 and FHP surface
treated pressed powders for their very long lasting properties.
Covasnow 27 is composed of PTFE platelets which look like snow.
FHP surface treated texturing powders and pigments will resist to sebum and
perspiration keeping the color and the optical properties unchanged for several
hours.
Serica 5 is a very smooth mica.
Submica FL imparts a nice radiance.
Covapearl Mini Star Purple 5311 corrects dull complexion.
Covabead Velvet 10 is used to improve slip.
