PRICING POLICY
Tweezerman International has various policies
that have helped build Tweezerman into the
best known, most respected, personal care tool
brand in the country.
These policies include delivering the highest
quality personal care tools in the market at
any price, advertising the brand consistently in
consumer fashion magazines, educating editors
of the beauty and fashion press, providing
free re-sharpening, and earning a reputation
for caring about employees, customers, retailers,
distributors, suppliers, and communities.­­­­
A very important policy that we have operated since
the founding of the company in 1980 is that we
will not supply retailers who do not protect our
reputation as the quality leader. We believe that
offering line discounts greater than 10 percent from
our suggested retail price harms our reputation.

The purpose of this letter is to restate and clarify
Tweezerman International’s policy regarding pricing
of its products. It is our policy not to supply our line
in circumstances in which it will be sold at
discounts greater than 10 percent from the
suggested retail price. This policy is based on
our thirty year effort to build a strong quality
brand that is accepted by the marketplace to be
the premium personal care tool brand.
There are legal limitations that prohibit us from
agreeing with our retailers on the price at which
they resell our products. In contrast, we are
permitted to announce a pricing policy and to
cease to deal with retailers who do not comply
with that policy. Accordingly, we will cease dealing
with retailers who price our line at discounts greater
than 10 percent from the suggested retail price.
We believe that this policy is in the best interests
of all of our stakeholders including our retailers.

Our implements are guaranteed to perform and
are guaranteed against manufacturing defects.
We will sharpen or replace (at our option) the
defective implement FREE.
We sharpen our Tweezers, Nippers and Scissors
which have become dull through normal use FREE
for as long as the implement can be resharpened.
No processing fees. No Shipping & Handling
fees on return.
If the Tweezers, Nippers or Scissors becomes
damaged and cannot be sharpened, we will send
you a coupon to pu chase a new implement at
half its current suggested price, redeemable on
Tweezerman.com. Your original implement will
not be returned. If nipper springs break, we
replace them at no charge.
Tweezerman warranties do not apply to products
that have been misused, modified or repaired by
anyone other than Tweezerman Service Center.
Normal wear and tear is not covered under our
Manufacturer warranty programs.
Implements that have not been cleaned will not
be sharpened or replaced. To clean your stainless
steel implement, follow the Use & Care directions
on the packaging and make sure to wipe tool
tips/ends/blades thoroughly and carefully with
rubbing alcohol and a cloth or tissue.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for US delivery.
Please note that Tweezerman is not responsible
for the loss of any implements not sent in
insured packaging.
