UD Carbon Construction - The Fatbar
Carbon uses a full UD carbon construction.
Efficient placement and orientation of the
unidirectional carbon fibers maximizes the
strength and stiffness of the handlebar.
Ride Tuned - The UD (unidirectional)
carbon fibers are layered and aligned
to give specific flex characteristics. The
stiffness of the Fatbar Carbon results in
incredible control, yet careful tuning gives
the perfect level of comfort.

7 series aluminum. The material and
specific heat treatment processes have been
carefully selected to give the ultimate in
strength and durability.
Surface Treatment - Millions of tiny steel
shot are blasted at high velocity at the
Fatbar, vastly increasing the fatigue life.
The hard anodized surface finish is abrasion
resistant, to keep your Fatbar looking fresh.
Race Proven - The Fatbar is raced by the
world’s fastest athletes and is proven at
the very top level of competition. Six World
Championship gold medals have been won
using the Renthal Fatbar.

constructed from exclusive, high strength,
7 series aluminum. The material, butting
and specific heat treatment processes have
been carefully selected to give the ultimate
in strength and durability.
Modular Construction - The all-aluminum
construction uses two single bolt clamps
and a brace bar. Incredibly light, compared
to a welded chromoly bar, the MOTO also
boasts the strength and stiffness needed
for BMX racing.
