THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE. IN SUCH CASES, THE APPLICANT SHALL SUBMIT THE APPROPRIATE APPLICATION AND FEES

SITE WILL BE ACCESSED BY AN EXISTING DRIVEWAY ON C.R. 555 AND A NEW PROPOSED DRIVEWAY. THE EXISTING
DRIVEWAY WILL BE IMPROVED AS SHOWN ON THESE PLANS.

ENTRANCE GATES MAY BE PROVIDED. IF INSTALLED, THEY SHALL BE OPEN AT LEAST 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE
START OF MATERIAL LOADING. SEE SHEET 6 FOR LOCATION DETAILS IF INSTALLED.

HAULING ROUTES WILL VARY DEPENDING ON THE SPECIFIC CLIENT. IT IS ANTICIPATED THAT THE MAJORITY OF

MINE OPERATION NOTES
1.
MINED MATERIALS MAY BE USED TO CONSTRUCT ACCESS ROADS, BERMS, SWALES, ETC. AS THE MATERIAL BECOMES
AVAILABLE.
2.
MATERIALS MAY BE STOCKPILED ON SITE.
3.
MINING MAY OCCUR WITHIN SEVERAL BLOCKS AT ANY TIME DUE TO REQUIREMENTS FOR AVAILABLE MATERIALS
AND THE POTENTIAL FOR INCONSISTENT MINING MATERIALS ACROSS THE SITE.

THE APPLICANT SHALL BE PERMITTED ONE RENEWAL FOR LESS THAN OR EQUAL TO AN ADDITIONAL 25 YEARS
THROUGH A LEVEL 2 REVIEW. ANY TIME EXTENSIONS BEYOND A TOTAL OF 50 YEARS OF OPERATION SHALL
