Shaun Alexander
was born in
Florence, Ky., and
grew up in a singleparent home with
his mother Carol,
who raised him and
his brother Durran.
Shaun was a high school football
All-American and ESPN’s #1 high
school player of the year. In 1999,
he graduated from the University of
Alabama with a degree in Marketing.
On the field, he was first-team All-SEC
running back in both 1998 and 1999.
In 1999, he was voted the SEC Player
of the Year along with being on the
NCAA All-America Team. Shaun is
Alabama’s all-time rushing leader and
