Dear Stone Creek Families,
April 11
Welcome back from spring break. I

The third grade students completed their
ISAT tests just before spring break. I
compliment all third grade students for
their efforts during these long testing
days. The results from the tests should
be known shortly after school begins in
the fall.
Sincerely,
John Novota,
Principal

The In-School Dentist is Coming!
Our school has partnered with Smile
Programs, the in-school dentist, to
bring important dental care to our
students. It’s an easy and convenient
way for your child to get quality
dental care, and most insurance
covers 100% of preventive treatment.
Permission forms were recently sent
home with each child. To
participate, be sure your child brings
a completed and signed form back to
his or her teacher. If you haven’t
received a form, please contact the
school right away.
2nd Grade Reminder
Dental Exam forms are due. This is
a state requirement. If your child has
seen the dentist in the last 18 months,
you may submit the form or have it
faxed from the dentist’s office. The
school’s fax number is 815-6233646.
