and carry unusual items to meet all your creative needs.
Many items are handmade by regional artists and crafts people, allowing for special considerations in
size, design, color and fabric.
This is only a sampling of our product line. Stock is constantly changing, so if you don’t see it - ask! If
we don’t already have it in stock we’ll be happy to see if it can be made or found.
Above and beyond the necessities, we carry a wide selection of related Gift Items (mugs, magnets,

Ordering Info
When can I expect my order? In-stock items ship within 7-10 days, if not sooner. Special
orders usually ship within 4 weeks. Items are made on a first-paid, first-made basis. You will be
notified of any expected delays. If you have a deadline to meet, please advise us when you place
your order. We’ll do our best to see that your order arrives in time.
What about payment? Prepayment is required with all orders. Please make your check or money
order payable to Kathy Kirchner. We also accept all major credit cards.
And shipping Please include 10% of your merchandise total - $6.00 minimum - to cover
shipping and handling. You will be billed for any additional charges, overages will be refunded.
Please remit payment for additional charges within 10 days of invoice.
Most packages are sent by US Mail. If you prefer UPS or FedEx, please advise us when you
place your order.
Exchanges and Refunds If you have any question at all about your purchase, please contact us
immediately. Return requests will be assessed on an individual basis. Pillows and tables are
warrantied against defect - but not abuse - for one year. Should damage occur under normal
circumstances, your item will be repaired or replaced and your postage refunded. There will be
no refunds or exchanges on books, thread, special orders, personalized or abused items.
Non-defective items may be returned only if clean, unopened and smoke-free.
Price Changes With so many variables at play - foreign exchange rates, cost increases, human
error - it’s nearly impossible to keep a printed catalog up to date. You will be notified of any
price increases before your order is sent. In the event of a price decrease, your overage will be
refunded.
Foreign Orders No problem! We’ll ship anywhere! Please inquire regarding payment method and
postage costs before placing your order. If writing for fabric samples, photos or color cards,
please include 2 International Reply Coupons. Please make payment payable in US funds.
Late Payments and Bad Checks Orders are to be prepaid, payment on any other billings are
expected within 10 days of invoice. Late payments will be assessed a $10.00 late fee. Bad
checks will not be redeposited and the $35.00 fee the bank changes us will be passed along to the
bouncer.

foam aprons, 6” wool rollers, wooden gears and metal brakes. Construction is of hard and ply woods, brass hardware
and covered in velvet.
“Nelle” A pillow on a box, tilted to a perfect work angle. With plenty of room to carry supplies, it’s a grand pillow

“Birgitta” The Grande Dame of pillows, combining the conveniences of the modern European pillows with the old-
fashioned charm of our “Rie” designs. The “Birgitta” has three interchangeable inner units. A tilted 12” cookie for
working round motifs revolves and secures with a bullet latch. A second insert (not shown) provides the workability
of a flat cookie pillow. The third insert has a 6” wool roller with turned finials and gear-and-brake design of our
“Rie”. The 6” revolving outer apron makes for an overall diameter of 24”. Of ply and hard woods, the apron and
cookie inserts are of polyethylene foam and wool felt. Cotton twill covering and embroidered ribbon trim completes
