VOLUME 22, NUMBER 2
Happy February! The ICTFL Board of
Directors has been hard at work as
Illinois prepares to host the Central
States Conference on the Teaching of
Foreign Languages, March 19-21 at the
Hyatt Regency Chicago. Leann
Wilcoxen and Todd Bowen, the Local
Arrangements Committee Chairs, have
been working especially hard to make
the conference a success. I hope to see
you at the conference. Please join other
ICTFL members for a group picture
with all Illinois attendees immediately
following the Keynote Address.
March also brings National Foreign
Language Week. National Foreign Language Week is March 2-8. This year’s
theme is “Many Hands, Many Voices,
One World.” If you are still looking
for ideas for National Foreign Language
Week, a few of the Regional Directors
share some of their favorite ideas in this
issue. I invite you to share your National Foreign Language Week ideas in
an upcoming issue of Accents. Please e
-mail your ideas to [email protected].
See you at
