In this manual you will find all the information and advice you need to use your product as safely and
efficiently as possible.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
• Pursuant to current regulations regarding the
safety of electrical appliances, a Gruppo Piazzetta
After-Sales Service Centre or qualified persons
must be called in for installing the cladding.
• This booklet has been prepared by the
manufacturer and must always accompany the
product. The information it contains is for the
buyer and all those persons who are concerned
with installing, using and maintaining the
product.
• Carefully read the instructions and the technical
information contained in this booklet before
installing or using the product or carrying out any
work on it.
• Meticulous design and risk analysis by Gruppo
Piazzetta S.p.A. have resulted in the manufacture
of a safe product. It is, however, strongly
recommended that when carrying out any
operation on the product you scrupulously
comply with the instructions given in the
following booklet and keep it in a handy place for
reference.
• Check that the floor where the product will be
installed is perfectly level.
• Take great care in handling the ceramic parts.
• When handling the steel parts of the cladding or
the ceramic parts it is advisable to wear clean
cotton gloves to avoid leaving fingerprints that
are difficult to remove at first time of cleaning.
• The cladding must be assembled by two persons.
• To compensate for any errors in levelness and
unevenness, adhesive fibreglass tape is provided
with the product.
• The product you have purchased may differ
slightly from the one illustrated in this booklet
since the pictures are only given as an indication
and not an exact portrayal.
Manufacturer's note:
The stove covering is made of semirefractory majolica (not to be confused with other materials such as porcelain).
“Shivering” and “dimples” or “volcanos of air” present on the glazed surface are esthetic characteristics of the material and do not in the
least bit effect the functionality and life of the product.
The ceramic cladding is made by an exclusive craft process. Each ceramic piece is unique and any shortcomings in respect of coupling
or alignment is due to the product being hand made.
For the terms, limits and exclusions refer to the guarantee certificate attached to the product.
The manufacturer, in the intent of pursuing a policy of constant development and improvement of the product, may make any
modifications he deems fitting without any prior notice.

3.0 PREPARATIONS FOR INSTALLATION
- Unpack the ceramic cover with all its attendant
parts.
- Unpack the stove with all its attendant parts.
Before starting installation ensure that you have the
correct equipment to carry out the procedure.
While positioning the stove, adhere to the relative
distances and placement of the flue as advised in the
instruction handbook.

If carrying out installation for the first time, we advise
that you first complete the installation process without
permanently fixing parts in place in order to verify the
complete feasibility of the operation. Once completed
satisfactorily, dismantle then reassemble everything
following the instructions in this installation handbook
carefully.
We advise that unpacking and installation are
carried out by at least two.

4.0 INSTALLATION
- Fit both side panel supports (4) into place by inserting them under the base (B).
Secure well with the screws (V) provided in the
kit. (Fig. 1)

- Fit the lower front panel (5) and the upper front
panel (6) into their respective seats for fastening.

- Fasten the lower front panel (5) to the inside of
the side uprights (M) using the washer (R) and
the nut (D). (Fig. 3)
Ensure that the panel is centred on the outlet and
the appliance.

- The upper front panel (6) is inserted from above
and secured at the sides by washers (R) and
nuts (D). (Fig. 4)
Ensure that the cook plate is aligned with the door
of the appliance and the other parts of the cladding.

Side panel

The side panel is reversible

- Offer up the side panel [2] to the stove and insert
the bracket [A] at the front of the panel into the
guide [B] in the front profile. (Fig. 5-6)
Take care during the fitting not to scratch
the enamel and not to knock or damage the
electrical wiring or the electronic board of
the stove.
Check that the side panel is level and fits
properly; if necessary shim with the
fibreglass provided in the kit to ensure that
it is level and there is contact between the
parts.

- Fasten the side panel [2] to the stove by means
of the rear bracket [C], using the screw [D] and
the washer [E] provided in the kit. (Fig. 7)

- Insert the decor strip [4] in the gap between the
side panel [2] and the stove at the rear.
- Use the tabs [F] (top and bottom) to support the
strip. Secure the strip with the screws [D].

If necessary, to remove the decor strip [4],
loosen the screws [D] without removing
them and then remove the strip.

- Now install the other side panel, repeating the
above steps in the same order.

Top surround
- Rest the top surround [1] on the sliding cover
and slide it gently towards the rear so that the
bracket [M] fits into place (Fig. 9)
- Ensure that the top [1] is centred in relation to
the side panels [2], adjusting as necessary.

- Fasten the top surround [1] to the front bracket
using the screws [D] and the washers [E]
provided. (Fig. 10)

VIEW
Once it has been fitted the top surround [1]
may be removed simply, as in any normal
pellet loading operation, by tilting it
upwards about 10° and pulling it gently
forwards. (Fig. 11) To refit, follow this
procedure in the reverse order, ensuring
that the bearings of the sliding steel cover
[I] fit properly into place

- Fold up for about 2mm the two flaps as indicated,
if the top plate doesn't remain in the closing
position (Fig. 12).

montage du revêtement, il est impératif de
s’adresser à un Centre d’Assistance Technique de
Gruppo Piazzetta ou à des professionnels qualifiés.
• Le présent manuel a été rédigé par le Fabricant,
et fait partie intégrante du produit. Les
informations qu’il contient sont destinées à
l’acheteur et à toutes les personnes qui, à
différents titres, installent, utilisent et
entretiennent l’appareil.
• Lisez attentivement les instructions et les
informations techniques reportées dans ce
manuel avant d’installer et d’utiliser l’appareil et
avant une quelconque intervention sur celui-ci.
• La conception exemplaire et l’analyse des risques
effectuées par Gruppo Piazzetta S.p.A. ont permis
de réaliser un produit extrêmement sûr; toutefois,
avant d’engager une quelconque opération, il est
recommandé d’observer scrupuleusement les
instructions reportées dans le présent manuel;
celui-ci doit toujours être à disposition pour
pouvoir le consulter en cas de besoin.
• Contrôlez la planéité du sol sur lequel vous
installez le poêle.
• Faites très attention quand vous manipulez les
pièces en céramique.
• Nous vous conseillons de porter des gants en
coton propres pendant que vous manipulez les
parties en acier du revêtement ou les parties en
céramique, afin de ne pas laisser d’empreintes
difficiles à nettoyer.
• Le montage du revêtement doit être effectué par
deux personnes.
• Pour parer aux éventuels problèmes de planéité
et d’irrégularité, utilisez le ruban en fibre de verre
adhésif fourni en dotation avec le produit.
• Les images sont proposées dans ce livret à titre
indicatif. Elles ne sont donc pas toujours
Remarque du Fabricant
Le revêtement du poêle est réalisé en faïence semi-réfractaire (à ne pas confondre avec d’autres matériaux comme la porcelaine).
Les “craquelures”, les “piqûres” ou les “bulles éclatées” présentes sur la surface émaillée sont des caractéristiques esthétiques propres
à ce matériau, et ne sont absolument pas préjudiciables à la fonctionnalité et à la durabilité du produit.
Le revêtement en céramique étant issu d’un travail exclusivement artisanal, et chaque pièce en céramique étant de ce fait un exemplaire
unique, quelques petites difficultés d’emboîtement ou d’alignement lors de l’installation pourraient éventuellement survenir.
Pour les termes, les limites et les exclusions, reportez-vous au certificat de garantie qui accompagne le produit.
Dans le but de poursuivre une politique de développement constant et de renouvellement du produit, le Fabricant se réserve la faculté
d’apporter, sans préavis, toutes les modifications qu’il jugera utiles.

3.0 TRAVAUX AVANT L’INSTALLATION
- Déballez le revêtement avec toutes ses pièces.
- Déballez le poêle avec toutes ses pièces.
Avant de procéder à l’installation, prévoyez tousles
outils nécessaires à l’assemblage du poêle.
Positionnez le poêle dans le respect des distances et
des positions du conduit d’évacuation indiquées dans
le livret annexé.

Si le poêle est installé pour la première fois, il est
conseillé de le monter complètement sans utiliser de
colle pour vérifier si tout correspond. Une fois que
vous l’avez monté, démontez-le et remontez-le une
autre fois en suivant scrupuleusement les instructions
du présent manuel.
Nous conseillons de faire effectuer le déballage
et l’installation par au moins deux personnes.

4.0 INSTALLATION
- Montez les deux supports (4) des panneaux latéraux en les enfilant sous l’embase (B).
Serrez à fond les vis (V) fournies en dotation.

- Posez la façade inférieur (5) et la façade supérieure (6) aux endroits où ils doivent être fixés.

- Fixez la façade inférieur (5) sur la partie interne
des montants latéraux (M) en utilisant la rondelle
(R) et l’écrou (D). (Fig. 3)
Faites attention à ce que le bandeau soit bien centré par rapport à la bouche de diffusion et au
poêle.

- La façade supérieure (6) doit être inséré en haut
et fixé sur les côtés au moyen des rondelles (R)
et l’écrou (D). (Fig. 4)
Faites attention à ce que le plan de cuisson soit
bien aligné à la porte du poêle et aux autres parties du revêtement.

Le panneau latéral est réversible.

- Appliquez le panneau latéral [2] sur le poêle en
glissant l’étrier antérieur [A] du panneau sur
l’élément de guidage [B] ménagé sur le profilé
frontal (Fig. 5-6).
Pendant ces opérations, veillez à ne pas
rayer l’émail et à ne pas heurter ou
endommager les fils électriques et la carte
électronique du poêle.
Assurez-vous de la planéité du panneau
latéral et, s’il en est besoin, ajustez sa
position en faisant un calage aux zones de
contact en utilisant le ruban de fibre de
verre fourni en dotation.

- Fixez le panneau latéral [2] au poêle au moyen de
l’étrier arrière [C] en utilisant la vis [D] et la
rondelle [E] fournies en dotation (Fig. 7).

- Appliquez le profilé de finition [4] sur la fente qui
s’est créée entre le panneau latéral [2] et le poêle
sur l’arrière.
- Utilisez les languettes [F] (supérieure et
inférieure) pour maintenir le profilé à sa place.
Ensuite, fixez le profilé avec les vis [D] (Fig. 8).

Si nécessaire, pour enlever le profilé de
finition [4], desserrez les vis [D], sans les
enlever, et extrayez le profilé.

- Ensuite, montez l’autre panneau latéral en
procédant de la même façon.

- Fixez le plateau supérieur [1] sur l’étrier avant à
l’aide des vis [D] et des rondelles [E] fournies en
dotation (Fig. 10).

Une fois que le plateau supérieur [1] a été
monté, pour l’enlever ultérieurement, il
faudra le tirer vers l’avant, comme quand
vous chargez les granulés, puis soulever
l’avant de 10° environ et le tirer doucement
vers l’avant (Fig. 11). Pour le remonter,
procédez dans le sens contraire en faisant
attention que les roulements du couvercle
coulissant en acier [I] s’enclenchent bien
dans leur glissière.

Pendant ces opérations, veillez à ne pas
rayer l’émail ou endommager la
céramique.
- Si le panneau ne reste pas dans la position de
fermeture, plier pour environ 2mm les languettes
comme indiquées (Fig. 12).

Plateau supérieur
- Posez le plateau supérieur [1] sur le couvercle
coulissant en acier et faites-le glisser doucement
vers l’arrière jusqu’à ce que le taquet [M]
s’enclenche (Fig. 9).
- Ajustez la position du plateau [1] de manière à ce
qu’il soit centré par rapport aux panneaux
latéraux [2].
