“My sincere thanks to all of you wonderful people living in Jensen’s Deep Run Community. I have been down
for an extended period of time suffering with pain and discomfort. However, the kind concern shown to me
by you all, over this long period, through lovely cards, prayers, phone calls, and sincere concern, has done
wonders for me spiritually and physically. The help many you have extended to me and my wife, over this period of time, cannot be matched in any other community. I indeed feel very rich in having such wonderful
people to live with. Love you all—Rich Lucherini”

From the Manager’s Desk
Trash pick-up is every Monday!!
Sales Corner

RECYCLE PICK-UP for July 2015
Wednesday’s July 8th & 22nd

FOR THE GOOD OF THE COMMUNITY:


It has been brought to my attention that some residents
are placing grass clippings in bags at the curb for pick
up. We do not mind picking them up but they must be
clippings only. Do not mix with other trash, if trash is
mixed in with the clippings it will not be picked up!

Additionally, please do not mix plastic flower pots with
your trash either. We will pick up plastic flower pots only if
they are separated from your trash. Plastic flower pots
can also be put out with your recycling (see above for this
month’s recycling days).
UPDATES:



Lot line tree and shrub trimming will begin this month. If
you DO NOT want us to trim your lot line trees and
shrubs, please call the office at 609-758-7180.
Silt fence for the soil erosion protection and land clearing
for the dam modification project has begun. More updates to come in next month’s newsletter. If you have any
questions regarding the dam modification project, feel
free to call us at the office.
The new home at 15 Longview Trail is just about finished!
We are currently in the process of fine tuning the home and
will begin landscaping the home-site soon. As you may
know, new homes in Deep Run are far and few between. If
you know someone who may be interested, have them call
us today!
Thank you all!
Until Next Month… Jim Sonday

When it comes to home sales in Deep Run, Jensen’s
Marketing and Sales department “pulls no punches.” For
an age-qualified community like Deep Run, targeted advertisement is critical. We spend time, money, and great
effort to ensure that prospective buyers find our listings.
Today, the #1 place buyers look is on the internet. Now,
more than ever, potential buyers are “doing their homework” before contacting a sales person. For more information, the very next place they inquire is our Sales
Center, where we are located 6 days a week between 8
am and 4:30 pm.
The people best qualified to recommend the lifestyle in a
Jensen community are those who themselves are presently enjoying that lifestyle. Allow us to acquaint you with
our referral program. For your efforts in recommending
and encouraging your friends, relatives or coworkers to
purchase a home from Jensen’s, we will reward you with
a “Referral Fee’” equaling TWO MONTHS’ LEASE FEE
for a Jensen New Home Purchase and ONE MONTH’S
LEASE FEE for a Jensen-Brokered Resale*.
