On the main floor nine foot ceilings showcase antique silver chandeliers.
Beautiful floor tile, and hand-scraped hardwoods lead to an inviting
family room with a coffered ceiling and a hand crafted wall unit with a
fire place. The spectacular kitchen features crown moldings, traditional
millwork and quartz counters. An adjoining butler’s pantry leads to an
elegant dining room and living room combination.

This year’s Rotary Dream Home features nearly 3000 square feet of truly
elegant living on a fifty foot property in Deer Ridge. Built by Klondike
Homes and decorated by Michelle Maue of Heer’s Paint and Décor, the
grand exterior of this home features a brick and stone façade, warm
colored windows and beautiful landscaping.
The home’s interior is distinctly traditional. Throughout the home you will
see classic architectural features, elegant fixtures and furnishings that are
guaranteed to leave a lasting impression. The upholstered furniture,
featuring unique fabrics and details such as tufting, nail heads, French
seams and piping, creates an inspired upscale designer look.

proceeds will be directed towards
replacement of St. Mary’s ten year old
CT scanner. Replacing this vital
diagnostic tool will increase capacity,
shorten wait times, reduce radiation
exposure for both patients and staff
and provide physicians with faster,
higher resolution images. These are all
advances that enable the medical
team to establish concise treatment
plans and minimize impact on
patients.
• Title to the Dream Home must be transferred to the person(s)
named on the winning ticket and the only obligation of the
Kitchener-Conestoga Rotary Club is to deliver a transfer/Deed of
Land of the Dream Home to the winner(s) in registrable form. Title
to the Dream Home will be free of all liens and encumbrances.
• By entering, purchasers agree to allow the Kitchener-Conestoga
Rotary Club to print and/or show their names and/or pictures.

proceeds will help fund new pumps
specific to oncology patients. Patient
intravenous pumps provide pain
medication, chemotherapy, other
medications, nutrition, or other fluids
intravenously. They are used following
major surgery, with palliative care
patients, in the inpatient oncology
unit, and with outpatients receiving
chemotherapy.
This local children’s charity provides
programs to help ensure that all
children learn to read. Annually
thousands of trained volunteers work
one on one with children aged 5-7,
playing carefully designed games and
activities, to give them a literacy boost
at the first sign of them lagging
behind in their essential reading skills.
Receiving Dream Home proceeds will
enable Strong Start to engage and
train more volunteers through the use
of new technology tools and training
resources.
