Our onsite wedding ceremony location is located in our gardens alongside the
banks of Lake Doonella. Imagine your dream ceremony in the fresh air with
Queensland’s sun beaming down on you and your loved ones as they watch
you say the words “I Do”. Well imagine no longer with our dedicated team of
wedding specialists and three outstanding ceremony packages to choose from
we can assure you will have your dream ceremony.
Ceremony Package One: $950
Exclusive use of the location for photographs
Bridal party rehearsal with our Venue Director prior to wedding ceremony
34 beach chairs or covered chairs (16 either side plus 2 for registry table)
Chair sash for each chair (your choice from a wide selection of colours)

With three unique wedding reception packages we can tailor for all. Whether
it be a small intimate wedding with your closest friends and family or a
larger wedding for up to 200 guests. Not only do you have a choice of 2
fantastic air-conditioned reception venues but both venues are beautifully
strung with complimentary ceiling draping and fairy lights that your
guests will be sure to be amazed from. Our packages are not only beautifully
unique to your requirements but they are affordable which means you get to
enjoy a 5-star wedding reception with the people you cherish most.
Weddings with 60 guests and over receive a NO minimum spend and NO
venue hire charge and weddings that have both their ceremony and
reception onsite receive 1 complimentary bottle of red or white wine per table

Children’s meals are classed as 12 years and under. Children’s
meals are a two coursed dinner for $15 per child. Please note this
does not include a chair cover or sash. An additional $5.50 is
added to each meal if a chair sash and cover are required. One
main meal per child.

We are quite flexible with our beverage options, we are happy to order in any
extra beverages that are not on our normal list. We are also happy for you to
mix and match whether it be a bar tab at the start of the night of a set
amount and once this ends turn into a cash bar. We can also have names of
those who can have special beverages like cocktails or top shelf beers and all
remaining guests to have standard beer, wine and soft drink.

All drinks charged on a cash basis through our wait staff. We are happy to
offer our standard beverages or our premium beverages (beverage option 3).
You may offer our standard list to all guests and the bridal party to have our
premium beverages or cocktails

Confirmation:
Once a reservation has be made we require a 20% non-refundable deposit in
addition to a signed booking agreement.
Reservations Confirmation:
All accommodation reservations are to be confirmed at least 2 weeks prior to your
wedding reception. 1 nights deposit is required to secure your booking which can be
made via credit card or direct deposit. Any prior room blocks will be released 2
months prior to function unless already been agreed upon. All accommodation
bookings are to be paid on arrival.
Minimum Numbers:
The minimum numbers are charged at 60 guests. Should your number of guest fall
below our minimum you will charged $600.00 venue hire fee.
Cancellations:
All cancellations are to be made in writing to management. In the instant that your
booking is the deposit is forfeited.
Payment:
Final payment is to be made 14 days prior to your wedding
Final Details:
Information such as room set up, floor plan, menu and dietaries, would be
appreciated 14 days prior to your wedding reception
Liquor Licensing:
We are licensed to serve alcohol until 11.30pm, management and staff have the
right to refuse alcohol to any customer, if believed to be a minor or intoxicated.
Absolutely NO alcohol is to be brought into the venue and if found on a guest,
management has the right to ask them to leave the establishment.
Security:
All weddings of 60 guests and higher are required to have a security guard onsite
which will be a cost to the customer. Security guards are required from 8pm –
midnight charged on an hourly rate of $50.00 per hour. Security will be hired from
management through the Noosa Convention & Exhibition Centre.
