VERSION 2.1 KALASHNIKOV USA We are very excited to debut the new Kalashnikov USA products. Since the imposition of sanctions against Concern Kalashnikov in Russia on July 16, 2014, we have transformed our company and staff from an importer and 922(r) compliant conversion specialist, to a full-fledged manufacturer. We are very proud of the results shown in the following pages and we hope you will appreciate our efforts. We started with the proven Russian design, utilizing the Russian Heritage of the long stroke, gas piston, rotating bolt design. Starting with a firearm that is simple to operate, easy to maintain and built to last for years, this is a reliable and durable firearm with almost 70 years of field experience. To this legendary firearm, we added the American Innovation. Kalashnikov USA firearms are produced using state-of-the-art CNC design and manufacturing therefore making the US model parts hold tighter tolerances with improved fit and finish, less space and play between the moving parts also results in a smoother operation, a crisper trigger and more accurate shot placement. Depending on the material, all parts are now finished in phosphate or black oxide, for longer and better anti-corrosion resistance. The barrels and chambers are nitrocarburized case hardened for a long life with superior corrosion resistance. Nitrocarburization is a more environmentally friendly process than chrome lining a barrel. The superiority of the autoloader. Shotguns based on this design have reached a level of such popularity in the USA because of the same Russian Heritage as the rifles, the same design, the same operation and the same reliability 2 as their rifle counterparts. We are using the same American Innovation on the shotguns, including CNC production, and improved coatings. We are also applying our experience doing 922(r) shotgun conversions to improving the shotgun performance. Rifle Models For the purists, we offer models with the wood furniture and polymer furniture. For users who appreciate the modularity afforded by the addition of Picatinny rails we offer the Modern models, including side folding stock models. Shotgun Models We are proud to present multiple shotgun models including an affordable autoloader with pistol grip and polymer Warsaw stock, two tactical shotgun models, one with a folding steel stock and aluminum quad rail for home defense or Law Enforcement use, and a three gun competition shotgun. The US132Z brings the Russian design into the 21st Century with designed functional modularity. The transformation of the reliable Russian product into a modern firearm is effectuated by replacing the furniture with CAA furniture to enhance the capabilities of the firearm. Now the operator has a six position collapsible stock with a vertically and horizontally adjustable cheek piece to provide a cheek weld that is in line with the sights and rail. The ergonomic pistol grip has six different sized rubberized interchangeable finger grooves and backstraps AUTOLOADING RIFLE providing a comfortable and sure grip for all hand sizes plus a capped storage compartment. The hand guard has been replaced by one with four Picatinny rails to facilitate the mounting of lights, lasers and optics. In addition, the US132Z includes an ergonomic forward grip with storage, a vented rubber backstrap and tool-less installation. An extended ambidextrous magazine release wraps around the trigger guard to provide precious time saving magazine changes from either side of the carbine. The Modern carbine with skeletonized stock updated the classic Kalashnikov design with the addition of the CAA skeletonized collapsible buttstock with rubber overmolded cheek weld and removable rubber recoil pad. The use of the six position stock tube allows the stock to sit horizontally with the receiver providing an improved sight picture. The skeletonized polymer hand guards with four Picatinny rails provides a mounting platform for lights, lasers, forward grips and optics. The Kalashnikov USA autoloading shotgun incorporates the Russian design, combining reliability with simplicity of design and operation. Improved accuracy is achieved by tightening the tolerances of critical parts. The smooth bore barrel and chamber is nitrocarburized case hardened to resist corrosion, and extend the shotgun life. The barrel features exterior threading to accept external chokes. The furniture features AUTOLOADING SHOTGUN an impact resistant polymer stock and the ergonomic pistol grip provides comfortable control over the firearm. The polymer forend accepts side and lower Picatinny rails (sold separately). An oversized trigger guard allows operation with gloved hands. The popularity of the 12 ga. shotgun stems from the reliability of its gas piston system design, the economical use of parts combined with a detachable magazine to facilitate reloading. Kalashnikov USA improves on the timeless Russian shotgun design by adding the features you want in a tactical shotgun. The muzzle brake is designed to significantly reduce recoil, felt concussion and muzzle rise by utilizing top and side angled venting on the brake. The gas port and gas block are enlarged to improve functioning with all loads. The polymer forend includes removable side and bottom rails for installation of lights, lasers, grips and accessories. A multi-sized pistol grip is added to increase firearm control. The inclusion of a six position collapsible skeletonized butt stock with removable butt pad and an over-molded rubber cheek weld increase user comfort while reduction the overall firearm weight.
