In the city centre of Utrecht shopping centre Hoog Catharijne is
situated, with offices and apartments on top of it.
Altoon Partners was asked to redefine the complex in its context and
its relation with the city and to extend it and make it more efficient.
Partly by high-quality new constructions, but also by means of
sustainable renovation and reuse. In that process OeverZaaijer is
involved as co-architect.
