The Committee continued to meet in the free intervals during the
second week of Native Conference, February ninth to February four­
teenth.
Each session was opened with prayer and the following
business was transacted.

Moved, that Mr. Sott be transfered to the Triton d i s t r i c t (Chaudoo)
until the reopening of the Cambodian Bible School, with the under­
standing that he w i l l return to Battambang to care for the work
while Mr. and Mrs. Ellison are at Conference.

INTERPRETATION OF
SCALE FOR NATIVE
WORKER'S SALARIES
Moved, that the Coaeittee interpret the scale for native preacher• •
salaries to mean as follows; a student preacher teho has completed
his JUKIOR year in Bible Course receives a minimal of twenty pias­
ters par month when in service. INTERMEDIATE year twenty-two pias­
t e r s , SENIOR year twenty-four piasters.

Moved, that the Cossiittee recommend to the Conference that Mr.
01sen and Mr. Smith be appointed to the Men's Bible School for the
school year 1 9 2 5 - 2 6 , aad that the Chairman be instructed to write
to Mr. 01 sen informing him of this recommendation.

MISS AILSHOUSE'S
FURLOUGH
The Chairman read a letter from the Board stating that Miss
Ail sb.ou.se' s furlough could only be granted on the ground of i l l
health.
Messrs Irwin and Cadman ware therefore deputed to con­
sult Miss Ailshouse personally and she definitely stated that her
health demands a furlough at once.
Moved, that Miss Ailshouse he granted an emergency furlough.

CAOLAHH PROPBRTT
Moved, that the Mission advance four hundred piasters to the CaeLanh Church to purchase property for the Church b u i l t last year,
provided the members of said Church make a pledge to return the
f u l l amount within three years.
This pledge i s to be in addi­
tion to the regular Church offerings.

Moved, that Mr. Ellison be authorized to open an outstation at
Pursat.

Moved, that the Chairman he instructed to write to the Beard re—
iteratleM the motion of the Oemmittee made February 1 3 , 1925 for
an appropriation of money to purchase and build a Church in
Saigon.

Moved, that permission be granted to Mr. Quoo to v i s i t his he
in Canton and that his expenses he paid by the Mission.

VACATION MR. THUA. Moved, that Mr. Thua be granted a vacation and that the Mission
pay hi 8 expenses to Hong Kong and return.

and that a l l new appointments for student evangelists take effect^
at that dats in order that they may be on their respective stations
before the Missionaries leave for Conference in Hong Kong. Carried,

PENH HOUSE
Moved, that the plans submitted by Mr. Hanraond for the fum Penh
house be accepted, and that Mr. Hwnenil be Instructed to proceed
with the building in collaboration with the Chairman.

SUMMARY OF
Moved, that an edition ef five thousand "Summary of the Gospel"
be printed in Annamese Character.

Moved, that an appeal be made for fifteen hundred dollars gold
far two fonts of Annamese and Chinese type.

DELEGATES
The Executive Committee invited the newly elected Annamese Committee
and the delegates to the Foreign Committee to sit with them and
discuss matters concerning the native Church end preparations for
next year's Native Conference.

Moved, that a white ant proof trunk rack be erected in the store
room at Tourane.

Moved, that Mr. Smith be authorized to use Mr. Khanh during the
summer months to help prepare Bible School notes for the coming
year.

dred piasters and nine cents expenses for Mr. Ching Tak Tarn from
Wdchcw to Saigon, and also pay his salary of twenty piasters for
December 1924 and twenty-five piasters per month for the time that
