The Ladies Connection Women’s Ministry of New Chapel Hill Baptist Church would like to invite the
ladies of your church to join us for a very special day of worship on Saturday, April 25, 2015. For the
third year in a row, our church will serve as a host church for the Priscilla Shirer Live Simulcast. Priscilla
will be joined by worship leader Anthony Evans as the live event from Huntsville, AL is streamed around
the world.
As a ministry to the women in our area, New Chapel Hill offers this event free of charge and provides a
free lunch and childcare for participants. We welcome groups from other churches and have prepared
this packet of information for you to use in promoting this event in your church.
For your convenience, we provide two options for group registration. The deadline for registering for
the event is Friday, April 17, 2015.
1. A Group Registration Form is included in this packet. This form may be mailed or faxed back to
New Chapel Hill Baptist Church.
2. Submit your registration online at www.newchapelhillbaptist.com/simulcast We have a group
registration form on our website.
We are also providing a poster that you can use to promote the event. Feel free to make copies as
needed.

WHAT IS PRISCILLA SHIRER LIVE?
Priscilla Shirer Live, formerly the Going Beyond event, is an intimate and inspiring women’s conference
like no other. Priscilla’s ministry to women across the country and around the world is focused on the
expository teaching of the Word of God. Her desire is to see women come to a full understanding of
who they are in Christ by hearing the uncompromising truth of Scripture.
WHAT IS A SIMULCAST OR STREAMING EVENT?
A simulcast or streaming event is an event that is broadcast simultaneously to various locations through
the Internet. We will stream the Priscilla Shirer Live event using HD Internet technology. The event will
be broadcast worldwide, live from Huntsville, AL.
WHAT IS THE COST FOR ATTENDING THE SIMULCAST AT NEW CHAPEL HILL?
Attendance at the simulcast event at New Chapel Hill is FREE! Our Ladies Connection Ministry sees this
event as an opportunity to minister to women in our community, so we do not charge for admission.

WHAT IS THE TOPIC OF STUDY?
We do not know in advance what the topic is for this event. If Priscilla shares in information in advance,
we will communicate this to attendees via our Facebook event page.
WILL THERE BE LIVE MUSIC DURING THE EVENT?
Yes, the Praise Team will lead worship. Lyrics will be projected on the screen in order for everyone to
join in worship.
WILL AN OFFERING BE TAKEN DURING THE EVENT?
Yes, there will be a giving opportunity during the simulcast to support a ministry Priscilla feels led to
bless through this event.
WILL CHILDCARE BE OFFERED DURING THE EVENT?
Yes! New Chapel Hill will be providing childcare at no cost to attendees. We do ask that you register
your child in advance by completing a childcare registration form on our website at

WHAT ABOUT LUNCH?
We’ve got that covered! Lunch and an afternoon snack will provided to attendees at no cost.
Lunchtime is a great chance to fellowship with ladies from other churches, and we’ll have some door
prizes to give away during the lunch hour as well.
CAN OUR CHURCH REGISTER AS A GROUP?
Absolutely! We have a special registration form to make it easy for churches to register as a group. You

WHEN IS THE DEADLINE TO REGISTER?
Our registration deadline is Friday, April 17th. This deadline is necessary so that we can make
appropriate arrangements for childcare, food, and the complimentary listening guides that are provided
