difetto di fabbricazione(i telai dei passeggini City Lite e Vue Lite, sono garantiti dall’essere privi di difetti
di fabbricazione per 2 anni dall’acquisto). I difetti di fabbricazione includono, ma non si limitano a, crepe
delle saldature e danni al tubo del telaio. I tessuti, le imbottiture, i freni e gli altri componenti sono
garantiti per due anni a partire dalla data di acquisto. La garanzia copre esclusivamente l’acquirente
originale e solo i prodotti Baby Jogger acquistati in Italia, Svizzera, Slovenia, Serbia, Bosnia, Croazia,
Montenegro, Ungheria, Bulgaria, Romania e Ucraina, attraverso i punti vendita autorizzati da Eleven s.r.l.
La garanzia non comprende:
• La normale usura di un passeggino
• L’usura delle ruote
• La corrosione o l’ossidazione
• Il montaggio errato o l’installazione di parti o accessori diversi non compatibili con il disegno originale
• Danni intenzionali o accidentali, abuso o negligenza
• L’utilizzo commerciale
• Lo stoccaggio non adeguato e l’incuria

Eleven srl, in qualità di distributore ufficiale Baby Jogger, offre 1 anno di garanzia supplementare in
aggiunta ai 2 anni di garanzia legale su tutti i passeggini, acquistati in Italia, Svizzera, Slovenia, Serbia,
Bosnia, Croazia, Montenegro, Ungheria, Bulgaria, Romania e Ucraina.
Per attivare l’estensione di garanzia è necessario registrare il prodotto acquistato entro 3 mesi dalla
data di acquisto, collegandosi al sito www.babyjogger.it. In seguito alla registrazione, viene inviato via
email un certificato di garanzia che deve essere conservato ed esibito, unitamente allo scontrino di
acquisto, in caso di richiesta di assistenza.
L’estensione di garanzia è soggetta alle medesime condizioni di garanzia Baby Jogger sopra citate.

WARRANTY
Under normal use and in compliance with warning labels and operating instructions, the frame of most Baby
Jogger strollers and joggers are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product,
while the frame of the City Lite and the Vue Lite are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for 2
years. The parts of your stroller, excluding tires and tubes, are warranted to be free of manufacture defects for
a period of 2 years. This Limited-lifetime warranty applies only to the original owner; it is not transferable to
second hand purchasers and is only valid for products purchased from an authorized Baby Jogger retailer in
Italy, Switzerland, Slovenia, Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia, Montenegro, Hungary, Bulgary, Romania and Ukraina.
Warranty does not cover:
• N ormal wear and tear
• W heels use
• C orrosion or rust
• I ncorrect assembly or the installation of third party parts
• a ccidental or intentional damage
• a buse or neglect, commercial use
• i mproper storage/care of the unit and accessories not compatible with original design.
How to make a warranty claim:
Call your dealer or send an email to: info @ elevenbaby.it indicating
the problem and the following information:
• p urchase ticket / receipt
• p lace and store where you purchased it
• s erial number and manufacturing date: these numbers are engraved on the frame
EXTRA WARRANTY
Eleven srl, as official Baby Jogger distributor, offers a complimentary extra year warranty in addition to
the 2 years statutory warranty on all strollers purchased in Italy, Switzerland, Slovenia, Serbia, Croatia,
Bosnia, Montenegro, Hungary, Bulgary, Romania and Ukraina.
To activate the extension of warranty, you need to register your stroller within 3 months from purchase
date on www.babyjogger.it. After registration, you will receive a warranty certificate that you must keep
and provide, along with original proof of purchase, in case of any assistance request.
The extended warranty is subject to the same above mentioned Baby Jogger warranty conditions.
