RECEPTION
The reception team is at your disposal throughout your
stay every day from 9am to 8pm.
(9pm. in July and August).

TRAFFIC
You can access your pitch/cottage every day between
the hours of 7am and 10.30pm and park your vehicle
there. If arriving back at the campsite late, or leaving
before 7.00am, please use the car park.
VISITORS
Your family and friends are welcome to visit you during
your holiday. They must, without exception, report to
reception, leave a piece of identity, pay the visitor rate
and leave their vehicles outside in the public car park. If
they would like to spend the night here, please declare
them as additional persons and pay the corresponding
rate. Please note that the number of persons per
camping pitch is limited to 6 and please do not exceed
the maximum allowed in your cottage.
BARBECUES
Barbecues for general use are at your disposal.
Only personal gas barbecues are allowed
on your pitch. For safety reasons, all electrical devices
(plancha, grill, barbecue ...) are forbidden.

Open from 10am. to 7pm.
DOGS
Dogs are welcome on the campsite. They should always
be on a lead and with their owner.
For everyone’s convenience, please do not leave them
to roam free or leave them alone, even indoors.
A dog bag dispenser is at your disposal near
the lake entrance. Please clean up after your
pets for everyone’s comfort.
FOR PEACE OF MIND
Evening events finish at 11pm. Please go back to
your pitches without disturbing your neighbours.
If you are disturbed, do not hesitate to contact
our night team + 33 (0)6 21 72 42 75.
The entrances to the site are under surveillance by
security cameras.
Inform the reception or security staff immediately
of any person in the campsite who seems to be
acting suspiciously.

yourself! There is a no-kill policy.
Pedal-boat and canoes free of charge.
Life-jackets compulsory for everyone.
Children under the age of 15 are not accepted unless
accompanied by an adult.

centre, has managed to retain some vestiges of
this period virtually intact. Spend a bit of time
exploring the town on foot, by bike, on the tourist
bus or the little train, with guided tours held
regularly!

CONSIGNES INCENDIE / FIRE SAFETY PROCEDURES
LES FEUX OUVERTS (bois, charbon, etc…) SONT RIGOUREUSEMENT INTERDITS. Les barbecues
doivent être effectués sur le barbecue commun, prévu à cet effet. Les réchauds doivent être
maintenus en bon état de fonctionnement et ne doivent pas être utilisés sous une tente ou
près d’une voiture.
EN CAS D’INCENDIE AVISER IMMEDIATEMENT LA DIRECTION. Les extincteurs sont utilisables en cas
de nécessité. Une pharmacie de secours de première urgence se trouve au bureau d’accueil.
EN CAS DE FUMEE SUSPECTE, prévenez immédiatement les secours (Tél. 112 ou 18)
EN CAS DE DEBUT D’INCENDIE, attaquez le feu à la base des flammes avec le matériel mis à
votre disposition, prévenir la réception et les secours. L’ordre d’évacuation du camping sera
donné par le responsable du camping.
SUIVRE LES INSTRUCTIONS DIFFUSEES PAR LE PERSONNEL DESIGNE ET IDENTIFIABLE PAR LE
T-SHIRT «YELLOH VILLAGE SAINT EMILION». Suivre le fléchage. Laisser les voies d’accès libres
pour les secours. Ne prenez pas votre véhicule sans y être invité.
N’emportez que vos papiers personnels.
IN ORDER TO PROTECT THE FOREST, yourself and other people : Please do not light wood or coal
fires. It is forbidden to barbecue, apart from when using the barbecue areas provided. The
grills have to be kept in good condition and are not to be used inside a tent or near to a car. In
case of an emergency please contact management immediately.
IN THE CASE OF SUSPICIOUS SMOKE, contact the fire services immediately for help
(Tél. 112 ou 18)
IN CASE OF THE START OF A FIRE, attack the base of the fire using the fire extinguishers at your
disposal, alert the reception and emergency services.
EVACUATION: The order of evacuation of the campsite will be given by the campsite manager.
Follow the instructions given by staff members identifiable by the T-shirt « YELLOH VILLAGE
SAINT EMILION » and follow the emergency exit signs.
Keep the access ways free for the emergency services.
Do not use your vehicle without being invited. Take only your personal documents with you.
