BUCKET SEAT INSTALLATION
Driver seat
1. On the bottom of the seat using the outside bolt pattern, bolt the adapter bracket with the nut
welded to it using the 1" long allen bolt and lock washer as shown.
2. Bolt the adapter bracket down with the welded nut facing the front of the seat.
3. Hook the seat adjuster cross bar to both brackets. See illustration.
4. Bolt the front of the seat brackets down using the 1" long allen bolts, lock washers and spacer
sleeves between the brackets and the seat.
5. Bolt the rear of the brackets down into the adapter nut on the adapter bracket using the 5/8
long allen bolts and lock washers.
6. Adjust the cross bar length until both brackets glide freely when the handle is released.
7. Bolt the seat down using the factory holes in the floorboard.
Passenger Seat
1. Bolt the short pivot bracket to the inside front corner of the seat using the rear hole in the
bracket and the rear hole in the front portion of the seat.
2. Bolt the long pivot bracket to the front outside of the seat using the rear hole in the bracket and
the rear hole in the front portion of the seat.
3. Using the farthest rear set of holes in the seat, bolt the angle bracket to the rear of the seat with
the trimmed corner facing away from the seat and toward the driver side.
4. Place the seat in the Bronco and bolt the front brackets down using the stock bolt holes in the
floor.
5. With the seat down in position and angle bracket laying over the stepped area of the floor, drill
through the floor using the holes in the angle bracket as dowels. Bolt in place with the 5/16 bolts
and nuts.
