Thank you for participating in the 6th Annual Kids on the Colorado Awards Dinner Auction. Your
signature is a legal contract to purchase an item. All sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges are
permitted unless specified in a particular offering. Please read specifications and limitations carefully.
The Colorado River Foundation makes no warranties or representations of any kind with respect to
any item or service sold.

the buyer and the donor for their mutual convenience.
Checkout Procedures
Bidding for the silent auction will close at 7:45 p.m. Auction volunteers will collect bid sheets and
highlight the winner at that time. Bidding for the live auction will commence at approximately 7:25
p.m. and close at approximately 7:45 p.m. Auction volunteers will collect signatures from the highest
bidder for each item at that time. At the conclusion of the evening at approximately 8:30 p.m.,
winners may visit the auction checkout table located in the ballroom foyer to pay for and receive
their item(s).
All purchases must be paid for in-full on April 23, 2007. Cashiers will accept cash, personal check
made payable to the Colorado River Foundation, and all major credit cards.

The Colorado River Foundation (CRF), a 501(c)3 organization, was established in 1994 to
promote education, protection, and stewardship of the Colorado River in Texas. As a separate,
non-profit funding partner for the Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA), the Foundation raises
funds to support natural science education and outdoor recreation programs, particularly for
at-risk and underserved youth, annual river cleanups, and additional community projects that
encourage the stewardship, awareness, and protection of the Colorado River in Texas.
