General Information
Personnel: 1 technician. 1 director will assist with set up decor, 2 technicians needed
from the theatre.
Stage: We will decide on the spot if black ballet-vinyl is needed, but probably we will
need black ballet-vinyl.
Drapery / masking: We will decide on the spot, but probably no side masking, no
backdrop
Production table: In the auditorium (not a separate room)
Acting area: 10m x 6m (width x length)
Cue Lights: 2 different spots for the attendance of the actors, operable at light board
Sound
Our source: Ipad operable from production table
Needed from theatre: Small FOH mixing console with separate out for LR, monitor,
sub (center cluster)
1x stereo DI (or 2x mono)
1x cable stereo 3,5 mm jack to 2x 6,3 mm jack
Speakers LR, center cluster if available/needed, sub (monitor LR)
LR is located on the back, behind the acting area, if this is not possible then 2 extra
small monitor speakers are needed (LR at the front) that point to the acting area, sub
speaker not on the acting area or in sight.
! If the theater is a large or outdoor space we’ll have to work with microphones
(because the actors sing). Four small wireless transmitting microphones will
be needed (including bodypack transmitter and receiver)
Light
Computer: Focusing light from the light board that is available at the theatre.
Spots: 20 x PC, LEE filters: 6x 203, 4x 201; 10 x Profile + diaphragm, LEE filters: 4x
201 12 x PAR64 medium, LEE filters 4x 106, 4x 104, 4x 195
Stage: 2 dimmable connections in the middle, on the back of the acting area,
Dimmers: 32x2kW
Lighting plot: attachment 3
Channel list: attachment 4 en 5
Decor: A curtain (1x2 m) attached to the grid, a manual lawnmower, a portable BBQ,
several boxes, crates, a broom, a little stool and several other little stuff. See
attachment 1 and 2 for stage plan and picture.
