In-Kind Sponsorship
We are looking for donated products for our racers, i.e. bottled water, juice boxes,
power bars, fruit, volunteer breakfast and/or lunch (vegetarian), coffee, gift cards for
race prizes, etc.
In exchange for donations valued at $1,000 or more you will receive the Bronze
Sponsorship Package.
Vendor Options
• $300 Vendor:
The Rescue Train will supply you a 10 x 10 tent, six foot table, two chairs, and a city
business license.
Important note: Because of street closures, no late set-ups will be allowed.
Race Registration opens at 7am.
Silent Auction Items:
We need donated items for our amazing silent auction! In past
years we have received gift baskets, spa and beauty treatments,
gift certificates, gift cards to retail stores and restaurants, unique
trips, hotel stays, celebrity meet and greets, “walk on” parts to TV
shows, pet products and services, jewelry, IPads, IPods, cameras,
electronics, chef for a day services, exercise classes, tickets to
sporting events and concerts and many more items.
