FROM THE OFFICE OF CLUB MANAGER
We wish to update you on the renovations works to the golf course which we recently embarked on. All the 1st and 2nd nine
black and blue tee boxes have now been planted with Bermuda stolons and barring any unforeseen circumstances, shall be
ready for play in two months. Other minor renovation such as coring works on the greens was successfully carried out on 18
and 19 October 2010. Any inconvenience caused is greatly regretted. These minor renovations are necessary if we are to be
established as one of the finest golf courses in the country.
The majority of our valued members already know that the club has recently taken delivery of a fleet of new buggies. Kindly
assist in really taking ownership of the buggies for mutual benefit.
Complementing the above moves, the Management and the Liaison Committee have been on their regular rounds urging all
golfers to practice good golf etiquette such as to repair divots, rake bunkers, ball-marks, etc. The result was encouraging
with three Members identified as having consistently practiced good golf etiquette: Mr Tan Chee Wooi – BJ 4168-P; Encik
Faozulan Eusoff – BJ 4477-P and Mr Jeremy Lok Kuan Leong – BJ 1185-P. As a token of appreciation, the Management has
rewarded them with a one pax complimentary golf round voucher. We hope that this will set a good example for others to
follow. The message is: “Always Love Your Golf Course”.

KDE hosted a buka puasa feast for some 70 orphans and underprivileged
families organized by Kelab Wanita Perak (W.P. & Selangor). A special
‘Thank You’ to all our sponsors for their generous contributions.

A ‘Buka Puasa’ charity event was organized for the
underprivileged children of Sekolah Kebangsaan
Beranang and Sekolah Kebangsaan Mantin. A big
