EASTER’S PROMISE
At Easter, we remember what Jesus endured out of love
for us. In a smaller way, we similarly find ourselves
caught in a world that can bring intense suffering into
our lives. It’s during these dark valleys that we can echo
the prayer that passed Jesus’ lips in the Garden of
Gethsemane, “Not as I will, but as you will.”
Peace comes when we accept our trials, taking from
God’s hand absolutely anything he chooses to give us,
looking up onto his loving face, and trusting. Rest upon
the fact that He will never for one instant forget us or
what we are going through. Look at what he went
through for us! He knows better than we do what it is
to suffer injustice and He knows what it is like to have a
broken heart.
We have His presence for our loneliness. His
understanding for our confusion. His purpose for our
aimlessness. His strength in our weakness. His grace is
truly more than sufficient. Our very infirmities can make
the power of Christ more manifest in our lives.
This radio ministry strives to encourage you in
proclaiming His goodness, remembering His name and
singing His praise regardless of your circumstances or
trouble. Turn on your radio and join with us. Listen and
you’ll discover our song is not a sad and mournful hymn
of defeat. We choose not to focus our eyes on the
suffering and persecution this world flings against us.
Our victory song is the cry of those who’ve been freed by
his blessed resurrection and triumph over death and sin!

OF THE RADIO
I am a grandmother and thoroughly enjoy your radio
station. I play Power 88 almost 24-7 ever mindful of
God's presence and His blessing on me through this
music. Also your station is playing on my desk at
work for a testimony of God's grace.
Thank you for the radio ministry you provide to our
area. This ministry feeds my soul with God's word. A
special thanks for the David Jeremiah programs. I
have learned so much of God's word and instructions
from listening to his programs through your ministry.
I am a mother of 4...I have 2 daughters of my own and
then my husband has 2 sons. Between us we have 10
grandchildren. We have been praying for our children
constantly to come back to the Lord! Recently both
daughters have started going to church with their
children!!! I have been telling them about Power 88
for a long time and telling them that this music would
calm their spirit when the listen to it...now finally one
has her car stereo set on Power 88!! I listen all day at
work!!

Growing up in Pensacola , Florida, I was a teenager
when Power 88 started. Now that I have been gone
from Pensacola for the last 8 years and living in
Arizona , it's so great to listen to some sounds from
home. I've listened to a lot of other Christian radio
stations and none of them come close to Power 88.
