SONGWRITER’S CIRCLE
WITH BRUCE GUTHRO Wednesday, April 4th
Once again, the Gold Club will start the year with an exclusive Bruce Guthro Songwriters
Circle at the Casino on Wednesday, April 4th. A private performance in a cabaret setting
will feature complimentary wine and hors d’oeuvres on every table and a pre-event cash
bar in the Compass Room. You and your guest will be entertained by Bruce and special
confirmed guests, Kim Stockwood and Dave Myles. Fourth guest to be announced
shortly.
This amazing night offers members two seats with a limited number of extra seats
available for purchase for what will be a sold out event.

CHAMPIONSHIP DINNER
Thursday, May 10th
An evening to enjoy the first round of the 2012 Players Championship.

6 pm The Players Championship Dinner
The 2012 PGA Players Championship will be held once again at the renowned TPC
Sawgrass with the notorious par 3 17th Island Green. The Players Championship
dinner will take place at Ashburn Golf Club on Thursday, May 10th. Besides watching
first round coverage the evening will include special golf themes and exhibits as well
as a great meal and a special chip off contest.

Thursday, June 7th
An array of live entertainment from dancers, singers and entertainers will keep you and
your guest on the edge of your seats for this fun filled night at the World Trade Centre.
Our dance floor will be waiting for you!

FOX HARB’R GOLF TRIP
Thursday, September 27th
Gold Club members will enjoy another unforgettable day and evening of golf and
cuisine at the award winning Fox Harb’r Resort & Spa in Wallace, Nova Scotia.
The overnight trip will feature a round of golf on the beautiful, renowned golf course
designed by Graham Cooke, which includes all practice facilities, locker rooms, and club
house facilities or a visit to the spa facility.
The day will come to an end with a spectacular wine reception and gourmet buffet
dinner, entertainment, and a relaxing stay in the luxurious manor style guest houses.

INDUCTION NIGHT 2012
“NOVA SCOTIA’S BEST!”
Saturday, November 3rd
The annual Hall of Fame Induction Awards Night is a fabulous time to meet and
recognize some of Nova Scotia’s finest athletes. It provides the perfect opportunity to
honour the athletes who have helped shape Nova Scotia’s rich sport heritage.
From 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm an audience of 800 plus will hear about the amazing
accomplishments of these 2012 inductees. Each Gold Club member will receive four
tickets for this wonderful event.
A post event reception will follow the ceremonies.

WINE AND CUISINE NIGHT
FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 9th
Another great night for Gold Club members and their guest is set for November
with the Wine and Cuisine Night. This very popular event will start at 7:30pm in
the Atlantic Ballroom.
Bishop’s Cellar will coordinate over 30 exquisite wines for sampling from their
suppliers. The best part is that all the wines can be purchased at a preferred rate.
The Westin Nova Scotia will host us with hors d’oeuvres and an opportunity to
extend your night with unbelievable accommodation rates and a special discount
at Elements Restaurant.
A great night to socialize, drink some wine and listen to our band provide elegant
music to set the tone.
