The First Step™ in reprocessing a flexible endoscope is
to wipe down the insertion tube and suction up enzymatic detergent/water
through the working channels. Simply open the pack, remove the hand
pad and wipe down the insertion tube, then discard the pad. Suction up
the pre-diluted enzymatic detergent until the pack is empty and discard the empty pack.

Opti-Cide3‘s non-caustic formula is used to thoroughly clean and disinfect environmental and all equipment surfaces . To use, simply spray onto surface, allow 3-minute

MicroCide 28 HLD, provides an efficient and safe means for the high-level disinfection or

CLEANING BRUSHES
The “Caterpillar Brush” introduces a revolutionary concept in cleaning endoscopic channels.
By using a “leader” to pull instead of pushing the bristle section of the brush through the
channel, the length of the bristle section can be drastically increased.
The Caterpillar Brush has over 80,000 bristles compared to the 600 or less bristles normally pushed
through the channel. The increased scrubbing action maximizes the effectiveness of the pre-clean
cycle and more importantly ensures optimum conditions for the Automated Endoscope Reprocessor.

The System 83 Plus is the only automated ULTRASONIC WASHER/DISINFECTOR for reprocessing
flexible endoscopes. The wash, high-level disinfect and rinse process has been standardized and
validated for consistent reprocessing of flexible endoscopes. For Infection Control, the system is
compatible with virtually all approved liquid chemical sterilants.
In order to account for all channels of the flexible instrument and all internal surfaces are contacted
during cleaning and high level disinfection, System 83 plus adapts to each channel individually making it easier for the technician to verify flow and avoids bifurcating the tubing. This prevents liquid
and air from taking the path of least resistance during the process, which ensures a successful outcome.

Ordering Information
All orders should be placed directly with Parks Medical Corporation (PMC) in
Spokane, WA. Contact PMC for details on ordering, pricing and delivery. PMC must order some
items through the manufacture therefore you may be billed by a third party. Separate purchase order numbers may be required. (Hint: these items will begin with an order number that has a B, C,
E, or M as a prefix to the order number. For example, B-GG-1622. Please call Parks Medical before
completing your purchase order if you have any questions.
Terms
Terms are Due Upon Receipt. Shipping is paid by the customer, via FedEx, unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Returned Goods
Requests of returns will only be accepted within 30 days of date of purchase and must be authorized by PMC. Call (509) 448-9112 for a Return Authorization Number. The request should include
the reason, order number and PMC invoice number. All products must be returned in their original
packages and in saleable condition. Returned items are subject to a 25% reprocessing charge.
Products manufactured as SPECIAL or CUSTOM devices are not returnable.
Specification Changes
As we are continually improving our product line, the equipment supplied may not agree in all details with the description and specification shown in the catalog and/or the price listed. All prices
and specifications are subject to change without notice.
Product Warranty
Seller warrants goods manufactured by it will be free from initial defects in materials and workmanship. If any of the goods are found by the buyer to be defective upon initial receipt and inspection, such goods will, at seller’s option, be replaced or repaired at seller’s cost. The parties hereto
expressly agree the buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy against the seller shall be for the repair or

The PMC Repair Process
1. Download a Repair Request Form from our website.
2. Fill out all the information on the form except for the RMA number. This will be given to you by the
PMC Repair Dept.
3. Call Parks Medical at (509) 448-9112 and request an RMA (return merchandise authorization)
number.
4. Be prepared to give the scope’s serial number and describe the problem.
5. Once the information is added to our system, PMC will give you an RMA number. Please add this
information to your repair request form.
6. Place the repair request form and the scope in a shipping box. Ship the scope to PMC for diagnosis and repair upon your approval.
As you know, every brand of scope needs to be serviced at some point; it’s just the nature of the
business. We’re pleased to announce that PMC is now capable of servicing: Olympus and Pentax in
addition to our long standing brand, Fujinon.
