INTRODUCTION
Thank you for supporting our college and learners. Whilst we endeavour
to meet all appointment times and your specific needs, we respectfully
remind you that we are a training establishment in Hair, Beauty and
Reception and ask for your patience and understanding at all times,
including when booking your appointment. Your comments are always
welcome as they often provide us with a valuable feedback. We hope

to which it is attached falls out, so top up treatments are
available. Professional removal is highly recommended so

TRAVELLING BY CAR
Leave the M3 at either Junction 6 or Junction 7.
Junction 6
At Black Dam roundabout take the first exit for one mile. At the
next roundabout take the second exit for one mile, at the next
roundabout take second exit for half a mile. Take the slip road
on the left. At the end turn right into Worting Road. After quarter
of a mile, BCoT is on the left and right (the Evolve Salon is on the
right, first floor, South Site).
Junction 7
Follow signs for the town centre for approximately three miles.
Basingstoke Football Club is on the left. At the next roundabout
take the first exit for quarter of a mile, and take the slip road
on the left. At the end turn right into Worting Road. After quarter
of a mile, BCoT is on the left and right (the Evolve Salon is on the
right, first floor, South Site).
FROM BASINGSTOKE RAILWAY STATION
Make your way to the pedestrian precinct and Festival Place
shopping centre. Turn right out of Festival Place near the Sports
Centre into Church Street, through the underpass at the end
and into Flaxfield Road. At the junction with Sarum Hill, turn
right into Worting Road. BCoT is situated on both sides of the
road (the Evolve Salon is on the left, South Site). The walk takes
approximately 10 minutes, less than 5 minutes by taxi.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.
Clients must understand that reception is regularly operated
by learners under supervision and mistakes may be made.
2.
An updated portrait photo will be taken regularly and added
to your profile on our Evolve database.
3.
All clients must have a skin test 48 hours prior to any hair colouring, lash or brow tinting, as well as eyelash perming, false
lashes, essential oil aromatherapy, pre-blend aromatherapy,
eyelash extensions and tanning.
4.
We reserve the right to refuse any client without a valid skin/
patch/glue test.
5.
Parents/guardians must accompany clients under the age of 16 for the duration of the service. Clients aged 16-18 will require written parental consent.
6.
We are unable to undertake colour or chemical treatments on clients under the age of 16.
7.
A limited service menu is offered for clients under 16 years.
8.
Clients must be prepared to be available for the duration
of the lesson.
9.
Clients do not have the right to request a specific learner.
10.
A limited number of free parking bays are available to the clients of Evolve Salon and The Restaurant at BCoT. Parking is situated
at the front of the College by main reception. A parking permit
must be obtained from BCoT main reception and displayed in
the vehicle.
11. Occasionally, it may be necessary to cancel appointments
at short notice. Where possible clients will be contacted, otherwise we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
12. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the best possible service, results may not always be entirely satisfactory.
13. All mobiles should be switched off or silenced for the duration
of the service.
14. Smoking, eating or drinking in the salons is not permitted other than tea/coffee/water purchased through the Evolve reception.
15. BCoT cannot accept any liability for the loss or damage
to personal belongings whilst undertaking any treatment.
16. Full consultation and aftercare advice is provided during every treatment, not at time of booking.
17. Behaviour deemed inappropriate will not be tolerated in this learning environment and clients will be asked to leave the premises.
18. We accept gratuities in the ‘Tip Box’. These are shared out
at the end of the year in the form of a trip or equipment. Clients
are requested not to offer gratuities directly to the learners.
19. Due to learner assessments, some services are unavailable at some times of year.
