The STATIM Cassette Autoclave® is the sterilizer of choice for Ophthalmologists
worldwide because it is the fastest and most gentle sterilizing process available
today. With a complete sterilization cycle of 17.5 minutes, the STATIM 5000 G4
will optimize operating room and clinical time management, improve efficiency and
reduce turnover time for all ophthalmology operations and procedures including
refractive and cataract surgery.
Air Removal
The removal of air is critical to achieving sterilization
because air can act as a barrier to the sterilizing steam.
The gentle action of the STATIM displaces air from the
sterilization chamber by a patented steam-injection,
positive pressure pulse displacement process.

The hourly throughput of instruments of the STATIM
is greater than that of conventional chamber-style
autoclaves because of its rapid cycle speed and capacity.

autoclaves. STATIM’s
patented steam
injection system
provides temperature
consistency and expels
the air that causes oxidation.
The STATIM series of products have been tested to
consistently remove greater than 99.1% of air from
its chamber, ensuring your instrument load is sterile.
Fresh Water
STATIM uses clean water with every cycle.
If incorrect water is used, the STATIM will not start
the cycle and will display a warning.
Dryness
Dri-TecC – Convection Heat Drying Technology
Dri-TecR – Radiant Heat Drying Technology
The STATIM 2000 G4 uses convection heat to dry
instruments by utilizing the remaining heat in the system
after the sterilization phase. Heat is captured and
released into the cassette, drying wrapped instrument
loads in as little as 10 minutes.
The STATIM 5000 G4 uses heat generated by the
sterilization cycle which is ‘absorbed’ by unique
drying plates located in the sterilization chamber.
Heat is transferred from the drying plates directly to
instruments resulting in accelerated, full load drying in
as little as 15 minutes.
STATIM meets the Internet
The STATIM G4 is equipped with a web interface that enables online access
and offers a platform with endless possibilities.
The STATIM G4 units offer an updated look and
feel but most notably the first of its kind 2-way
communication capabilities. Connecting G4 series
of products to your office network, you can view your units’ current
operation in real time, access cycle history, and also print sterilization
records. The G4 is also capable of sending emails with sterilization
information and/or errors directly to you, your dealer or whomever
you choose. Through secure internet protocols, your unit can also
be remotely accessed by authorized personnel to help diagnose
issues, saving you valuable time in repair turnover.
