The Managing Committee of our Samajam has decided to celebrate the 24th Annual
Day & Onam Celebration on Sunday, the 30th September 2012. As usual it has also
been decided to organize a Get – Together of our members & their families in the
form of “ONASADHYA” from 11.30 AM to 3.30 PM on the same day.
The Managing Committee with great pleasure inviting you, your family & friends to
be part of this unique occasion & make it a Grand Success.
Our children's amazing Entertainment Programme will definitely add color & thrill to
this programme,
Expenses of this programme will be met through Sponsorships / Donations &
Contributions from members & well wishers.

INTIMATION
Dear Member,
Nair Welfare Association has been awarding various merit prizes to the
members' children of the Association every year. This year also the
Association is glad to award prizes to top scoring students who have passed
SSC, HSC (Science & Commerce), B.Sc., B. Com. Examinations held during the
academic year 2012. The prizes will be awarded on the occasion of
24th Annual Day to be held on Sunday, 30th September 2012.
The prizes will be awarded on the basis of the highest percentage of
marks secured in each category. The eligible students may please submit
Xerox copies of the original mark sheets (attested by the
Headmasters/Principals of the Schools or Colleges where the student has
studied) along with membership details, address with contact numbers of
his/her parent, to the Association's office on or before 16th September 2012.

Dear Member,
The Governing Council of our Samajam has decided to celebrate 24th Annual Day and ONAM
get-together on Sunday, 30th September 2012. As a part of this celebration, it has also been decided to
conduct following Cultural Competitions for our members and their wards.
Members are requested to extend their co-operation to the Governing Council for successfully conducting
the competitions.

RULES & REGULATIONS
1.
Film songs will not be allowed for light music competitions.
2.
Minimum 3 entries are required to hold each individual competition.
3.
The decision of judges will be final.
4.
The Governing Council has every right to cancel/alter/postpone any programme without
any prior intimation.
5.
Incomplete entry form/s will not be accepted. Entry should state the item’s and group/s,
alongwith membership number, address & contact numbers
PLEASE NOTE
1.
The Last date of receipt of complete entry form for Competitions will be 20.08.2012 (Upto
09.00 p.m.).
2.
Those who want to perform dance on the stage are requested to give their names alongwith
membership number, address & contact numbers on or before 20.08.2012. Selection will
be done on 26.08.2012.

The participants should not exceed five members in a team
2.
Artificial flowers and other materials should not be used.
3.
Size should not exceed 3 feet by 3 feet.
4.
Flowers and other materials for Pookkalam should be arranged and brought by the
participants.
5.
Time limit will be one hour.
6.
No pyramid design will be allowed.
7.
Participants should report by 9.30 a. m. on 02.09.2012 at NWA office.
