CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation between 72 and 24 hours prior to the rental:
50% of the estimated rental amount will be charged, less than 24 hours prior or during
to the rental: 100% of the estimated rental amount will be charged.
No show / refusal: 100% of the estimated rental amount will be charged.
During Peak Season cancellation between 7 days and 72 hours prior to the rental: 25% of the estimated rental amount will be charged.

POLITICA DI CANCELLAZIONE
Per cancellazioni tra le 72 e le 24 ore precedenti l‘inizio del noleggio verrà applicata una
penale del 50% sull‘importo complessivo. Per cancellazioni nelle 24 ore precedenti
l‘inizio del noleggio verrà applicata una penale pari al 100% dell‘importo complessivo.
In caso di No Show o di rifiuto dell‘auto alla consegna verrà applicata una penale pari
al 100% dell‘importo complessivo del noleggio. Durante il periodo di Alta Stagione per
cancellazioni tra i 7giorni e le 72 ore precedenti l‘inizio del noleggio verrà applicata una
penale del 25% sull‘importo complessivo del noleggio.

In case of car return in a different location from the car delivery, a drop off fee will
apply.
Milano, Roma e Firenze centro città EUR 25 - Tra le 7PM e le 8AM: EUR 65.
Aeroporto di Milano Linate EUR 60 - Tra le 7PM e le 8AM: EUR 90.
Aeroporto di Milano Malpensa: EUR 90 - Tra le 7PM e le 8AM: EUR 120.

Per tutte le altre località in Italia o in Europa Vi preghiamo di contattare il nostro ufficio
prenotazioni. Nel caso in cui si voglia riconsegnare la vettura in località diversa da quella
del ritiro è previsto un supplemento.
ADDITIONAL DRIVER(S)
CONDUCENTE/I SUPPLEMENTARE/I
Must meet the same conditions as the main driver and must be approved by Elite at the
time of the rental. Additional fee of EUR 10 per day and driver will apply.
Il conducente supplementare deve possedere gli stessi requisiti di idoneità alla guida del
conducente principale. Il costo per ciascun conducente supplementare è di EUR 10.
INSURANCE (CDW / TP)
ASSICURAZIONE (CDW / TP)
Collision Damage Waiver / Theft Protection with Deductible amount which is withheld on
Client’s credit card 24 hours prior to the rental. Daily insurance fee is added to the rental
rate. Client can choose between two options*: CDW / TP 1 with reduced deductible or
CDW / TP 2 with the lowest deductible. Deductible amount represents Client’s maximum
risk in a case of collision, damage or theft.
La limitazione di responsabilità per danni (CDW) e furto (TP) prevede una franchigia
residua che verrà bloccata sulla carta di credito del cliente 24 ore prima dell‘inizio del
noleggio. L‘importo giornaliero per usufruire di tale assicurazione deve essere aggiunto
alla tariffa di noleggio. Il cliente può scegliere fra due opzioni*: CDW/TP1 (franchigia
ridotta) oppure CDW/TP2 (franchigia minima). La franchigia rappresenta il valore di
rischio massimo al quale il cliente è esposto in caso di collisione, danno o furto della
vettura.
* Elite concede una fra le due opzioni assicurative solo se il conducente ha un‘età
superiore a: 20 anni per le auto della categoria CITY; 25 anni per le auto della categoria
SPORT & CONVERTIBLE; EXECUTIVE & LUXURY; VAN; SUV 28 anni per le auto della
categoria EXCEPTIONAL. Se il cliente decide di non acquistare alcuna opzione
assicurativa è responsabile per il valore della franchigia piena.
*Elite accepts one of the insurance options only if the driver’s age is at least: 20 years for
CITY car type, 25 years for Sport & Convertible / Executive & Luxury / VAN / SUV car type,
28 years for Exceptional car type. If the client chooses not to take any CDW / TP option to
reduce the deductible, he is responsible for the full deductible.

OTHER RENTAL CONDITIONS
Driving license
The renter must be in possession of a valid driving license for driving in Europe valid for
1 year for CITY cars and 2 years for the other categories. In a case of non CEE citizens the
International Driving License is required.
Payment by credit card(s)
1 credit card for types CITY & VAN, for all other car types 2 credit cards are required.
Gasoline is not included.
Minimal rental duration 1 day = 24 hours. After 3 extra hours a full day will be charged.

ALTRE CONDIZIONI DI NOLEGGIO
Patente di guida
Il conducente deve essere in possesso della patente di guida in corso di validità e rilasciata
da almeno un anno dalla data del previsto noleggio per le auto appartenenti alla
categoria CITY e da almeno due anni per le auto appartenenti a tutte le altre categorie.
Nel caso di clienti non CEE è richiesta la patente internazionale.
Pagamento con carta di credito
Il conducente deve presentare una carta di credito per le auto appartenenti alla categoria
CITY & VAN e due carte di credito per auto appartenenti a tutte le altre categorie.
Il carburante non è incluso
La durata minima del noleggio è di 24 ore a partire dall‘effettivo orario di ritiro del
veicolo. Nel caso in cui la riconsegna della vettura avvenga oltre tre ore dall‘orario
previsto, sarà addebitato al Cliente un giorno extra.
Per quanto non espressamente previsto, troveranno applicazione le condizioni generali
contenute nel contratto di noleggio.
