PoK-e-Jo’s Locations
Fajitas from a smokehouse? Why not! You can’t get tender like this by throwing your meat on a grill for five minutes. First,
we take butterflied sirloin – no skirt steak here, and big ol’ pieces of chicken and let them hang out in our one-of-a-kind
marinade. Then we put em’ on to smoke for about two hours for a taste you just can’t get anywhere else.
Fantastically Deluxe Fajitas We take that unbelievable smoked sirloin and chicken, smoked onions and peppers, slice and serve it with flour
tortillas, spicy borracho beans, Spanish rice, chili con queso and fresh guacamole, as well as iced tea. Now
on the side, we make sure you’ve got plenty of fixin’s including pico de gallo, shredded cheddar cheese,
sour cream, PoK-e-Jo’s own garden fresh, house-made salsa and tri-colored, crispy, house-made tortilla
chips to mix and mingle as you please. Give us 24-hours notice to prepare – you know – real good things
take time.

What we’re talking about is a complete, all-you-caneat buffet with custom chaffers, tasteful tablecloths
and appropriate Texas props. Our friendly staff are as
comfortable in shorts and t-shirts as they are in dressy
duds. They keep the buffet full and serve for 1 1/2 hours
unless you tell us otherwise, and then we’ll pack it up
and leave it like we found it. We’re flexible about menu
choices, pricing and staffing, but tough as nails on quality
and service.
