MODULAR SIDE BARS & STEPS
TJM is proud to announce the arrival of our new 63mmØ air bag compatible (ABC) side bars
and steps. An extensive engineering development and testing program was undertaken
to ensure optimal performance for off road driving and user operation while still providing
maximum vehicle safety compliance. In the event of a side impact accident, the unique design
of the TJM ABC side step mounts provide a crumple zone that stops the vehicle from deploying
air bags unnecessarily. Unnecessary deployment of air bags can cause injury and significant
repair costs for the end user. TJM ensures the safety of the end user by engineering accessories
in compliance with vehicle OE safety systems.
TJM modular side bars and steps offer excellent wheel arch, flare, sill and panel protection but
the unique feature of these modular side bars and steps is, if you choose, you can install just
the side steps and then fit the side bar kit at a later date. This unique design is only available
through TJM.

TJM AIRTEC SNORKEL
Snorkels are commonly the first accessory ever fitted to a four wheel drive. They assist with water
crossings and provide hassle free air induction when immersed in dust. They also have other key
features:
› The TJM Airtec intake design separates rain or moisture from the air stream before it enters the
engine
› Engineered to supply the correct volume of air or better to the engine
› Manufactured in Australia from high quality UV-resistant (UV20-UV24) polyethylene for
maximum strength and rigidity. All TJM Airtec snorkels incorporate stainless
steel hardware
› Utilises Australian plastic materials containing a combination of special additives and strong
bonding processes. The result is a product with strong physical properties and tough impact
resistance
› Colour fast using a process called colour compounding. The pigment is fused into the molten
base resin before the product is even moulded ensuring an evenly saturated polymer which
prevents rubbing off or bleeding

TJM UNDERBODY GUARDS
To protect the most vulnerable components underneath the vehicle TJM underbody
guards are constructed from 3mm mild steel sheet and incorporate strategic folds for
incredible strength. They are electro coated for corrosion resistance of up to 500 hours.
The advantages of electro coating is that it gets into all the nooks and crannies and is
much more resilient to chipping when knocked around.
