At the most recent Traina Leadership Team meeting, the issue of the
“Attendance Award” was discussed.
After some deliberation it was decided that in order to be consistent
with what is happening at the other schools in Jefferson School District,
as well as to streamline and simplify the process, we will be using a
“Perfect Attendance” model rather than the “Awesome Attendance”
formula of the past year.

ATTENTION ALL PARENTS
Effective Tuesday, September 8th, all parents will need to
communicate with their child’s teacher via e-mail if their lunches,
homework, etc. is being dropped off in the office for their child to pick
up.
This will help to expedite these items quickly and we appreciate your
help in this matter.
Please follow the steps below to access teacher e-mails.

 The Classroom Directory page will pop up
 Click on the teacher’s name that you are needing to contact.
 The teacher’s contact information will be provided, as well as other

If you do not have a way to communicate via e-mail. Please contact the
front office providing the teachers extension and leave the teacher a
detailed message as to who you are calling for and the reason.
