Brookstone School - St. Francis Hospital
Caring for the Student-Athlete:
Brookstone School
Athletic trainers at the St. Francis Sports Medicine
Center offer health care services to the athletes of
Brookstone School and St. Anne-Pacelli School. They
attend all practices and games, providing immediate
and appropriate care when an athlete is injured. To
minimize the time lost from sport participation, they
can coordinate the injured athlete’s examination by a
physician of the Sports Medicine Center. The athletic trainers often collaborate with team physicians
at games and preparticipation physical evaluations.
Together, they strive to prevent and care for athletic
injuries.
