Trasportatori
Il trasportatore è composto da una struttura modulare in lamiera di
acciaio verniciato e viene tenuta insieme da traverse in tubolare di
acciaio saldato.
Le traverse di unione dei moduli, sono anche provviste di piedini
livellatori poggianti a terra.
Il gruppo di traino della rete è inserito in due spalle portanti di acciaio,
che poggiano a terra tramite piedini di livellamento.
La rete viene trainata da un motoriduttore pendolare, calettato
direttamente sull’albero di traino del rullo rivestito in gomma.
Il rullo ha un diametro di 290 mm e la tensione della rete è assicurata
da due generosi cilindri pneumatici Ø 63mm, corsa 250 mm con
regolatori di pressione, filtro e manometro di controllo.
La rete scorre su ripiani di lamiera, per tutta la lunghezza del
trasportatore, e viene sostenuta da rulli nel tratto di ritorno, sotto ai
ripiani.
Inoltre viene tenuta in guida con dei profili laterali in materiale
plastico.
Il motoriduttore e i cilindri di tensionamento della rete, sono protetti
da carter esterni in acciaio inox.
Conveyors
The conveyor is composed from a modular structure in painted steel
sheet and is held together by tubular crossbars in tubular welded
steel.
The crossbars of the modules are also provided with bearing levelling
feet.
The driving group of wire mesh is inserted in two carrying shoulders
of stainless steel , that is positioned on the levelling feet.
The wire mesh is driven by motor-reducer, coupled directly to the
towing shaft of rubber coated roller. The roller has a diameter of
290 mms. and the tension of the wire mesh is insured from two
pneumatic cylinders with diameter of 63 mms and stroke 250 mms.
with regulators of pressure, filter and manometer for the control.
The wire mesh is positioned on shelf of plate material, for the whole
length of the conveyor, and is sustained by rollers in the return
section, under the shelf.
Besides, the wire mesh is held in guide with some profiles side in
plastic material.
The motor-reducer and the cylinders of tensioning of the wire mesh
are protected from external carter in stainless steel.
Curve
Curva a 180° con rulli cilindrici
Curva a tappeto a 180° con diverse larghezze utili mm e raggi interni
Telaio della curva in robusta carpenteria metallica in acciaio verniciato
(RAL da definire); sostegni e piedi regolabili in altezza +/-50 mm.
Le traverse di irrigidimento saranno posizionate a 45°.
Trasmissione del moto per mezzo di una catena snodata IWIS ½”, con
supporti registrabili esterni, che scorre su una guida in polizene ad
alto peso molecolare opportunamente sagomata.
Cappi elastici in gomma ad alta resistenza per la trasmissione del
moto ed il corretto tensionamento del tappeto.
Motorizzazione per mezzo di un motoriduttore BONFIGLIOLI
flangiato direttamente sull’albero di traino.
- Tappeto bianco alimentare.
- Raschianastro con cassettino di raccolta.
- Estremità a rulli cilindrici aventi Ø 16 mm.
- Senso di rotazione: anti-orario.
- Velocità sul raggio medio: da definire.
Curves
Curve at 180° with cylindrical rollers
Curve at 180° with different belt width mm and internal radius.
Frame of the curve is in strong carpentry - painted carbon steel (RAL
to be determined); supports and height adjustable feet + / -50 mm .
The crossbars of radiation are positioned of 45°.
Transmission of motion by means of an chain IWIS ½ “, with external
fixing support, which is slid on a guide of polyzene material with high
molecular weight.
Elastic rubber rings for high resistance which is necessary for
transmission of motion and correct tensioning of the belt.
The drive is realized by means of a motor-reducer BONFIGLIOLI
flanged directly on shaft of the drawing
- White belt in food grade material.
- Scraper with collecting box.
- Extremity of cylindrical rollers having Ø 16 mm.
- Direction of rotation: anti-clockwise.
